My home is 146 years old (1880 build) & definitely had settling. I gave Ericksons Foundation a call for a quote and Rob B. showed up to do my walkthrough and quote. He made the process super simple, the pricing was very fair and I decided to move forward with the project. Kim C. communicated with me whenever there were any changes to the pricing or scope of the work being done between the initial meeting and the date of the project. She was very friendly and kept me in the loop the whole way. Jesse Greene, Dillon P, and Tj were the guys that came to complete the project. It was 2 days, they were able to complete the first half in quick fashion on day 1 and they came in on day 2 and got all the smart jacks and engineer steel beams installed. They accommodated my request to install it in a way that wouldn’t hinder the functionality of my basement space or bulkhead while still supporting the weight of the home properly. All in all it was extremely smooth from start to finish and I definitely will be recommending Ericksons Foundation Solution to any friends or family that need work done in the future.

Have a retaining wall that needed stabilization, an unusual and challenging project. Their crew of polite pro's came out and got it done. It took significantly longer than expected, and they had to bring in a sub-contractor, but they honored the quoted price. I'm very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Erickson.

I had a great experience with Erickson. Drew and Collin in particular were fabulous to work with. They were professional, respectful, and kept me up to date as the project progressed. They were efficient and got the job done a few days quicker than expected. Would absolutely welcome them into our home again for another project!

EFS did work on my basement a year ago. They installed a Sump pump system and a dehumidifier. In addition, I had them install their post support system. A service technician came to check on the entire set up as an annual visit. He was outstanding! I watched the whole process. He was knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and professional. Someone you felt like you could really trust! Thank you Collin Maloney, for a job very well done!

Unfortunately the company has not honored their referral program, which is the only reason I’m downgrading to 3 stars. After repeated attempts and being told my referrer would receive their incentive for giving them my business, they never followed through. Below odd my former 5 star review: I recently had Erickson Foundation Solutions install a radon mitigation system in my home in the Manchester, NH area, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first contact, the team was very responsive and incredibly easy to work with. They quickly scheduled everything, communicated clearly every step of the way, and made the process seamless—even accommodating adjustments when needed. A supervisor came out for a thorough inspection (Supervisor Two, as noted), ensuring the design was perfectly tailored to my home’s layout. The installation crew did a great job—professional, clean, efficient, and with top-notch workmanship that left everything looking neat and unobtrusive. The best part? Now I have true peace of mind knowing my family’s radon levels are safely under control. No more worrying about this invisible threat—Erickson handled it expertly.
