Great job by team leader Jesse Greene and crew, Dillon and Justin. Very professional as they introduced themselves upon arrival. They showed up each day by 8am, gave me a courtesy text when they arrived and when they're done for the day. They kept me in the loop of their actions and the process of the work. This was a large project for me and I'm very satisfied with entrusting Erickson Foundation with the job. If you need work done to your foundation, I would strongly suggest incorporating Erickson Foundation in your decision making... I highly recommend this company!!! Thank you Erickson Foundation.

Unfortunately the company has not honored their referral program, which is the only reason I’m downgrading to 3 stars. After repeated attempts and being told my referrer would receive their incentive for giving them my business, they never followed through. Below odd my former 5 star review: I recently had Erickson Foundation Solutions install a radon mitigation system in my home in the Manchester, NH area, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first contact, the team was very responsive and incredibly easy to work with. They quickly scheduled everything, communicated clearly every step of the way, and made the process seamless—even accommodating adjustments when needed. A supervisor came out for a thorough inspection (Supervisor Two, as noted), ensuring the design was perfectly tailored to my home’s layout. The installation crew did a great job—professional, clean, efficient, and with top-notch workmanship that left everything looking neat and unobtrusive. The best part? Now I have true peace of mind knowing my family’s radon levels are safely under control. No more worrying about this invisible threat—Erickson handled it expertly. If you’re in southern New Hampshire and dealing with radon concerns, I highly recommend Erickson Foundation Solutions. Professional, reliable, and results that deliver. 5 stars all the way!

We have a house that was built in 1920. It was renovated top-to-bottom right before we moved in - minus the basement, of course. Not much was done there, and it's still just a dirt and fieldstone situation down there. Soon after moving in, we realized it was going to need some additional foundational support, especially with all the renovations that had been done. Once we started working with Erickson, we realized we had a long road ahead, especially for a failing basement wall we had near the front of the house (that one required us to move the water line and gas meter as well before the new auxiliary wall could be poured). We also learned that our basement was incredibly humid, and that the existing sump pump just plain didn't work. From the initial visit with Deb, to the installation of supplemental beams, smart jacks, dehumidifier and sump pump (by Cristian, Cory, and JB), to the aux wall prep and pour and additional beam and jacks (by Jesse and Nick's teams), it was a VERY smooth process all the way through! Every team that came out was friendly and knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. Our install manager, Nate, was incredibly kind and was an amazing guide throughout the journey. Both he and Deb checked in on us multiple times along the way (the process lasted about 6 months, due to permits and some prerequisite work needed by a plumber and National Grid). They answered many of our questions and put our minds at ease. Highly recommend these guys!!

I had an outstanding experience with Erickson Foundation Solutions from start to finish. After explaining that my foundation issue needed to be addressed quickly, they were the only company willing to help me and scheduled me right away when several others said they couldn't help. The scheduling team was fantastic—they were friendly, responsive, and made the entire process easy. The customer service throughout the entire project was exceptional. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. A huge thank you to Deb Rayborn, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made the entire process stress-free. The production crew was equally impressive. They arrived exactly on time, got to work immediately, were courteous and respectful, and completed the job promptly while maintaining a clean work area. It's hard to find a company that delivers such excellent customer service from the initial consultation through the completed installation, but Erickson Foundation Solutions exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them!

Everyone I dealt with at Erickson was polite and professional. Todd did the inspection and proposals, was on time and answered all my questions. All the girls in the office that did the scheduling and billing were responsive and easy to work with. Tyler and Steven did the actual work (concrete pool deck slab lifting, and crack sealing) and did a great job. They were on time, polite, answered all my questions, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Very competitive pricing, and they got me in earlier than expected due to a cancelation! I would not hesitate to recommend them.
