We have a house that was built in 1920. It was renovated top-to-bottom right before we moved in - minus the basement, of course. Not much was done there, and it's still just a dirt and fieldstone situation down there. Soon after moving in, we realized it was going to need some additional foundational support, especially with all the renovations that had been done. Once we started working with Erickson, we realized we had a long road ahead, especially for a failing basement wall we had near the front of the house (that one required us to move the water line and gas meter as well before the new auxiliary wall could be poured). We also learned that our basement was incredibly humid, and that the existing sump pump just plain didn't work. From the initial visit with Deb, to the installation of supplemental beams, smart jacks, dehumidifier and sump pump (by Cristian, Cory, and JB), to the aux wall prep and pour and additional beam and jacks (by Jesse and Nick's teams), it was a VERY smooth process all the way through! Every team that came out was friendly and knowledgeable, and worked efficiently. Our install manager, Nate, was incredibly kind and was an amazing guide throughout the journey. Both he and Deb checked in on us multiple times along the way (the process lasted about 6 months, due to permits and some prerequisite work needed by a plumber and National Grid). They answered many of our questions and put our minds at ease. Highly recommend these guys!!

Here is a clean, text-only version of the review (perfect for copying and pasting): I recently had Erickson Foundation Solutions install a radon mitigation system in my home in the Manchester, NH area, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very first contact, the team was very responsive and incredibly easy to work with. They quickly scheduled everything, communicated clearly every step of the way, and made the process seamless—even accommodating adjustments when needed. A supervisor came out for a thorough inspection (Supervisor Two, as noted), ensuring the design was perfectly tailored to my home’s layout. The installation crew did a great job—professional, clean, efficient, and with top-notch workmanship that left everything looking neat and unobtrusive. The best part? Now I have true peace of mind knowing my family’s radon levels are safely under control. No more worrying about this invisible threat—Erickson handled it expertly. If you’re in southern New Hampshire and dealing with radon concerns, I highly recommend Erickson Foundation Solutions. Professional, reliable, and results that deliver. 5 stars all the way!

Everyone I dealt with at Erickson was polite and professional. Todd did the inspection and proposals, was on time and answered all my questions. All the girls in the office that did the scheduling and billing were responsive and easy to work with. Tyler and Steven did the actual work (concrete pool deck slab lifting, and crack sealing) and did a great job. They were on time, polite, answered all my questions, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Very competitive pricing, and they got me in earlier than expected due to a cancelation! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Both Eliezer and the installation team were outstanding! Not just in the work they did, but through their communication and check-ins to see if we had any questions or concerns before, during and after the installation. As for the installation, our results were immediate! Radon levels dropped significantly! I strongly recommend using the Erickson team to install your radon mitigation system. Very skilled and professional!

I mailed a letter to Matt Erickson Jr. on 01/21/2026, asking for a return phone call to discuss my experiences with his company. My previous Sales Manager Mike R. contacted me a couple of times to say that Mr. Erickson would contact me, but that never happened. This review is essentially a summary of the content of my letter. I had a basement waterproofing job done during Summer 2025. It took the team 6 weeks to put a proposal together for this routine job, a process which should have taken about 2 weeks. Apparently, the assigned project designer was ill and no one was assigned to replace her on my job. The initial job was defective. Some components were installed incorrectly and some critical components were left out. The company stood by its warranty. This meant that basement's perimeter had to be jackhammered open for a second time, the system ripped out, and completely redone. Since the redo had to be scheduled by the company, there was a disruption of about four week's duration in what is living space. When the job was being done the first time, I contacted the company and spoke with Jeff N. to say that an error had been made on the final bill that was in MY favor. As a result of my trying to be honest, I was on the receiving end of his rudeness. He repeatedly asked me how I had received a 10% discount. I was so flustered by his attitude that I couldn't explain it clearly. Sales Manager Mike R. later explained to Jeff N. that I had signed the contract during the company's annual Summer Sale. I never received an apology from Jeff N. We did the extensive prep work ourselves for this waterproofing project. We removed an entrance door that was water-damaged. It had to be replaced after the job was redone. I was told that the company could provide this service and I asked for an estimate. Four weeks later with winter almost upon us, Sales Manager Mike R. said that a custom door had to be ordered and would take several weeks. By that point, I was so frustrated with the company that we had installed a pre-hung door from Home Depot. The company's assessment that I needed a custom-made door reduced my trust significantly. On the positive side, Erickson Foundation Solutions stood by its warranty and redid the entire job. On the other hand, the business seems to operate like the Keystone Cops with everyone running around in circles and nothing getting done. That disorganization resulted in a great deal of frustration for me as a homeowner. I have tried to balance these factors, resulting in an overall rating of 3. In my letter to Matt Erickson Jr., I told him that I was interested in having a crawl space vapor seal job done, but that I wanted assurance from him personally that the job would go more smoothly. Since he has failed to contact me, I will be looking elsewhere for a similar service. I suggest that you look elsewhere as well.
