"Concrete stoop was stained during installation due to red mud. I was assured it would fade or wash away. It is still there months later. Also the top of the stoop is higher than my previous, so a normal doormat will not allow my storm door clearance, so I have to have an extra thin doormat."

"You have the wrong address associated with my name. I live at 1000 Martin Ridge Road. The concrete was poured on June 21, 2022. Since that time I've found numerous faults on the installation, including cracking in the all the control joints. Is this normal?"
