My husband and I were so thrilled to have our his-and-hers closets, pantry, and laundry room completed. Mandy did a fantastic job with the design. When she came out, I explained that I wanted to utilize every square inch of space for storage, and she truly understood my vision. She took charge and created a beautiful and highly functional design. Allen did a phenomenal job with the installation, and Cody came out on the second day to help him — great teamwork! We had a small hiccup with the pantry due to the unusual shape of the wall, but in the end, it turned out beautifully — beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Closets by Design - Jacksonville. We had a phenomenal experience!

Adam and Austin did a phenomenal job on our closets! We were so impressed with their work that we hired them not once, but twice, and specifically requested them by name for our second project with Closets by Design. Our sales consultant, Gia, was fantastic. She helped us design storage solutions that met our needs, stayed within our budget, and maximized our space without adding unnecessary extras. Before starting, Adam and Austin reviewed the design with us to ensure everything was exactly as expected. They worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and kept our home clean throughout the entire installation process. We absolutely love our closet! Tanya listened to our thoughts and designed a space that gave us more room than we imagined possible. Mario and Glen did a great job on the install! Everyone was professional and made me feel like they appreciated our business. The closet is my new favorite room in our home!

I would give Rajni 7 stars if I could. She helps me outfit my rentals with storage solutions with a quality storage product to my upscale rentals. The installations have been seamless and a special mention for the installer at the last installation in the second room. The installer had to cut the solid 10-12 inches tall wood baseboard. He was meticulous in the cuts made and with laser precision, all with a hand tool. I am pleased with their service and I am a customer for life. Thanks Rajni!
