Adam and Austin did a phenomenal job on our closets! We were so impressed with their work that we hired them not once, but twice, and specifically requested them by name for our second project with Closets by Design. Our sales consultant, Gia, was fantastic. She helped us design storage solutions that met our needs, stayed within our budget, and maximized our space without adding unnecessary extras. Before starting, Adam and Austin reviewed the design with us to ensure everything was exactly as expected. They worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and kept our home clean throughout the entire installation process. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We highly recommend Gia, Adam, and Austin to anyone looking for custom storage solutions. My garage closets were designed by Erica and installed by Austin and Yadian. I couldn’t be happier with the process and the final product. From beginning to end it’s been a great experience. Everyone involved were courteous, knowledgeable, tidy, and meticulous. I highly recommend Closets by Design and would definitely use them again. Thankful for the wonderful experience.

My husband and I were so thrilled to have our his-and-hers closets, pantry, and laundry room completed. Mandy did a fantastic job with the design. When she came out, I explained that I wanted to utilize every square inch of space for storage, and she truly understood my vision. She took charge and created a beautiful and highly functional design. Allen did a phenomenal job with the installation, and Cody came out on the second day to help him — great teamwork! We had a small hiccup with the pantry due to the unusual shape of the wall, but in the end, it turned out beautifully — beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Closets by Design - Jacksonville. We had a phenomenal experience!

I am very happy with my closets. The designer Macie listened and most of all cared about the design and my ability to organize my room in the best way possible. She is awesome and an asset to the company. My installer was also super nice and courteous and did a great job! Thanks to a wonderful team as their work was quick, efficient and the final product looks fantastic!

Lyn previously designed a small walk-in closet for us last year. This time, she designed our 2 Master bedroom closets and did an excellent job. She worked with us for several days and exceeded our expectations with the final design. Mario and Cody were the installation team and they were on time, efficient and explained the entire process before starting. They cleaned up everything very nicely. They were outstanding! Overall, Closets By Design did an outstanding job And they look fantastic!
