I am a very pleased and satisfied customer. Everything from the first inquiry to the last bit of installation, the entire process I went through with Closets by Design was smoother than silk. Starting with a very quick response to my initial inquiry to setting up a consultation with senior salesperson Gia Kellus the next day was delightfully unexpected. Gia was fantastic with her recommendations, ideas and details. She was also amazing at taking me through the design process on her laptop to ensure my satisfaction in what I was ordering. This girl knew what she was doing with a measuring tape and the closet design software!! The installation team of Mike, Allen and AB were also incredibly pleasant, respectful and efficient with installing three spaces in one day's time. They were careful with the walls and my vehicles during installation and even cleaned up quite carefully at the end of their shift. A+ to the installation team! I have already recommended CBD to 3 of my neighbors to consider doing their spaces as well. Thank you Gia and Team!! AMc

My husband and I were so thrilled to have our his-and-hers closets, pantry, and laundry room completed. Mandy did a fantastic job with the design. When she came out, I explained that I wanted to utilize every square inch of space for storage, and she truly understood my vision. She took charge and created a beautiful and highly functional design. Allen did a phenomenal job with the installation, and Cody came out on the second day to help him — great teamwork! We had a small hiccup with the pantry due to the unusual shape of the wall, but in the end, it turned out beautifully — beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Closets by Design - Jacksonville. We had a phenomenal experience!

We absolutely love our closet! Tanya listened to our thoughts and designed a space that gave us more room than we imagined possible. Mario and Glen did a great job on the install! Everyone was professional and made me feel like they appreciated our business. The closet is my new favorite room in our home!

I would give Rajni 7 stars if I could. She helps me outfit my rentals with storage solutions with a quality storage product to my upscale rentals. The installations have been seamless and a special mention for the installer at the last installation in the second room. The installer had to cut the solid 10-12 inches tall wood baseboard. He was meticulous in the cuts made and with laser precision, all with a hand tool. I am pleased with their service and I am a customer for life. Thanks Rajni!

Lyn previously designed a small walk-in closet for us last year. This time, she designed our 2 Master bedroom closets and did an excellent job. She worked with us for several days and exceeded our expectations with the final design. Mario and Cody were the installation team and they were on time, efficient and explained the entire process before starting. They cleaned up everything very nicely. They were outstanding! Overall, Closets By Design did an outstanding job And they look fantastic!
