We are beyond thrilled with our experience and couldn't be happier with the final result. After experiencing major sticker shock from another closet company, we were honestly a little nervous about what the cost might be. From our very first meeting, our Senior Design Consultant, Dee Ann Cowan, took the time to truly listen to what we wanted, understand our vision, and respect the budget we were working with. She absolutely nailed it! The entire process was seamless, professional, and enjoyable, and the finished closet is even better than we imagined. Every time we walk into it, we smile. We are so grateful to Dee Ann and the Artisan team for creating a space that is both beautiful and functional. We wholeheartedly recommend Artisan Custom Closets to anyone considering a new closet. It was one of the best investments we've made in our home, and we're so thankful we chose them!

Outstanding customer service, Monica was a great rep who helped plan, create and build the perfect closet for us! She was very patient, knowledgeable and thorough. The office staff was equally helpful and so were the installation crew. The closet looks AMAZING and we are so very very happy. I can NOT wait to put all my clothes in there! Monice helped us think of every detail while keeping costs inline. We can not say enough great things about the company, the people, the service and the product. See images below. ;). It looks dreamy to me!! LOL

We interviewed several closet companions and decided on Artisan Custom Closets. Dee Ann was wonderful. She understood our needs and quickly came us with a design that was functional and beautiful. Definitely go to the showroom. We made some upgrades based on what we saw. The installers were professional and on time. There was one hiccup and they fixed it without question. I highly recommend Artisan for your closet update. We love ours. It feels like a luxury store!

They are so awesome! Had Master closet horrid wire racks removed and the designer did a great job sketching several recommendations. And the installer was wonderful . One day professional installation! I keep peeking in my closet I’m so in love- especially with glass enclosed shoe cabinet . Will definitely use them again for other projects.

We absolutely LOVE our closet! My partner and I had our closet system installed a week ago, and it's perfect, the installation is FLAWLESS. Maggie was wonderful to work with, very professional and attentive to every detail while accommodating both my partner's and my needs. I prefer to hang my clothes, while my partner prefers to fold his, and she ensured that we both had the space we needed and more. She measured the closet precisely and gathered all the necessary information to create the 3D renderings for our next meeting. She was incredibly patient while reviewing the 2D and 3D renderings and trim options with us, making real-time updates quickly. I must say, we didn't expect the installation to be as flawless as it turned out, it looks exactly like the 3D renderings! Just a tip: They offer a painting service, but to save money, my partner and I chose to paint the space ourselves and make additional updates, such as installing recessed lights. To achieve your desired look, I highly recommend painting the space before the system is installed, whether you do it yourself or use their services. Dave Machowski installed our closet system and did an AMAZING job! He was professional, arrived on time, and worked efficiently. We weren’t sure how one person could complete the job alone, but he made it happen, and left no crumbs behind! The installation was truly FLAWLESS and SEAMLESS, and we can't thank Maggie and Dave enough for their hard work and attention to detail. Thank you so much!!! We will definitely use Artisan Custom Closets again in the future!
