Responsive, no-nonsense, professional, and thorough. Needed a custom-sized chimney chase cover fabricated and installed. After getting numerous quotes, I chose Chuck and Winston’s Chimney primarily based on recommendations from other roofing companies, noting their ability to fabricate in-house. Samuel and Jorge arrived promptly, were mindful of my home, and clearly knew their trade well. Samuel especially went above and beyond in addressing my concerns and ensured everything was installed properly, sharing before-and-after photos without hesitation. I’m grateful and thankful for the peace of mind Chuck and his crew at Winston’s Chimney have given me, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing chimney work. The new chase cover looks fantastic!

We had an excellent experience with John and Kevin from Winston’s Chimney Service who serviced our gas fireplace. They were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough from start to finish. They took time to explain what they were doing and answered all our questions patiently. They made our gas fireplace look new again. They were also punctual, respectful of our home and clearly take pride in their work. Highly recommend them. Outstanding service all around.

We are so happy with our Winston's Chimney Services for our gas fireplaces of which we have two. We knew nothing about them when we bought the house and Todd and Marcus knew everything. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Will be calling to have them come back next year!

Winston’s was fantastic to work with. We needed a chimney liner installed after our furnace kept failing during the winter, and since we had no heat they treated it as an emergency and responded the same day. They installed the new chimney liner and did a great job—we haven’t had any heating issues since. The team even coordinated directly with the HVAC company that was onsite to make sure the chimney venting and furnace were working together properly. Also, shout out to Genesis for making scheduling easy—she was a pleasure to work with. Overall, a great team and a great experience!

Winston's Chimney Service was highly recommended to us by our property manager to assess why our wood burning fireplace was not drawing properly. Upon inspection, they determined the problem could not be fixed and recommended a gas fireplace. The techs expertly installed the gas unit while protecting our home with shoe booties and tarps. All the work was done within the scheduled time including chimney repair. The new fireplace has completely transformed our basement family room into a cozy gathering space. Thank you Winston's. It was a pleasure doing business with you. Your techs are the best.
