An updated post: the follow-on Winston Chimney Services team that was needed to repoint and rebuild the chimney and replace the corroded metal flue pipe came earlier this week. The team, led by Samuel C. and Oscar C., arrived promptly and worked diligently all day long and into the early evening, then came again for a second day. They did excellent work, were polite and communicative, and did a great job cleaning the work site both days before they left. I really appreciated their quality work and will definitely call on Winston again in the future, if needed.

Great service by Adonay, Jose, Todd and the rest of the team. Relined two chimneys, repaired exterior and interior and installed a gas fire place. Courteous, professional and clean. We appreciated that they took their time to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend them.

Samuel, Jorge and Oscar are the excellent team that worked on my chimney cleaning away mold and vegetation, repairing mortar and applying water-repellent. They are professional, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They took photos of what they cleaned/repaired and sent them to me. They cleaned up after themselves and washed down my driveway and deck when they were finished. My chimney looks like as good as new.

Responsive, no-nonsense, professional, and thorough. Needed a custom-sized chimney chase cover fabricated and installed. After getting numerous quotes, I chose Chuck and Winston’s Chimney primarily based on recommendations from other roofing companies, noting their ability to fabricate in-house. Samuel and Jorge arrived promptly, were mindful of my home, and clearly knew their trade well. Samuel especially went above and beyond in addressing my concerns and ensured everything was installed properly, sharing before-and-after photos without hesitation. I’m grateful and thankful for the peace of mind Chuck and his crew at Winston’s Chimney have given me, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing chimney work. The new chase cover looks fantastic!

Every once in awhile you will encounter a business worthy of 5 stars. This is one of those times! John and Diego just cleaned our 20 year old gas fireplaces to perfection. Like restored to brand new perfection. They took them apart and cleaned every piece. I try my best to keep up with it, but the gas scares me a bit. Come to find out, there were stink bugs clogging the input reducing the flame. John was thrilled to discover them and really enjoyed the satisfaction of the transformation. At one point he told me he LOVES his job and I could tell he was serious. Diego had some magic dust that enhanced the flames even more. They actually wanted us to watch them so we could learn. So rare. Winstons is lucky to have these 2! They have respect for each other, our home, and usI am impressed and will definitely use them again for cleaning and if we ever need to replace the units. Call them. You will be glad you did.
