Will was outstanding, professional and on time. He explained the process, let me know what should done, what could be done and what I could hold off on until later down the road. Zero sales pressure, just upfront and honest. I wish there were more people like Will out there. Excellent experience

I want to Thank You Richard Wren for your patience and expertise today. You took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process for inspection and repairing my chimney, every step involved. Not only did you explain, you also checked for my understanding of every detail discussed along with the pictures taken for inspection. The last company did not sit down and explain the details behind the cost. You covered the details and whys behind the pricing as well as assisting me with the financing process. You don't find that level and degree of customer service anymore and any where. Thank you for your patience and expertise as you have gained a customer for life. I truly appreciate your patience, kindness and professionalism.

This rating scheme limits me to 5 stars. Should allow for 10. Josue Calles Campos and the Rooftop team did an excellent chimney repair job. The workmanship is excellent. Josue took the time to fully explain each step of the process. He started each day a discussion of what was done to that point and what would be done that day; finished each day with what was accomplished and what would be done next; and took the time to answer questions during the day. There were no surprises and we were VERY happy with the results. Workmanship, professionalism, timeliness and pride, coupled with courtesy, respect and a positive outlook is what we experienced…oh, add a clean work area. Thank you Josue and Rooftop. Dillon Jones did an inspection of my chimney. He was professional and has a good service mindset. He took excellent photos of all parts of my chimney. Cameron and team did an excellent job on my chimney. They arrived on time, explained clearly what he was going to do, when, and how, and kept me informed throughout the process. They performed all the work thoroughly, provided before-and-after pictures, and walked me through everything once the job was complete. He also made sure to clean up afterwards, leaving the area clean. All in all, he was professional, communicative, and delivered quality work. I positively recommend him.
