Mr Kessler showed up on time with his tech and was very straightforward about the inspection results. The work required was accomplished quickly and neatly. He also provided An estimate for needed chimney repairs with photos attached. High’s came in $100 cheaper than a prominent competitor even after the competitor’s “discount.” I’ll use High’s chimney service again.

What a great experience I had with High’s Chimney Service! The administrative staff was extremely polite and helpful. The technician and his assistant were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The cost of the services rendered were extremely reasonable and I felt confident that I was in good hands. I highly recommend this business and commend them for outstanding performance. Job well done!

These guys are a class act. I scheduled a service for our gas fireplace. I had used High's Chimney before and had been very pleased with them. Unfortunately, this time they canceled twice because a technician was unavailable. They offered a third reschedule for a free service. The technician arrived on time and was very thorough. He cleaned up our gas fireplace that hadn't been serviced for several years and provided some helpful tips on how to maintain it. I would use them again.

I had a great experience with this company. They were professional, punctual, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my chimney and explain its condition. They answered all of my questions honestly and provided helpful recommendations for maintenance and ways to address a few minor issues. I really appreciated that they took the time to educate me instead of just trying to sell me unnecessary services. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values honesty, professionalism, and customer service. I would definitely recommend this company to others looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy chimney service. Based on my experience, I will absolutely consider them for any future chimney cleaning, inspection, or maintenance needs.

I first used High's after buying a fixer-upper in 2007 and had such a good experience that I called them again when the above-the-roofline brickwork on my 100+ year-old chimney began to fail. Chris Kessler gave me a clear explanation (complete with many photos) of what was happening and how to remedy the situation. The High's estimate was the most affordable one that I received. And the incredibly pleasant staff helped me navigate unforeseen issues caused by power lines around the worksite. I highly recommend High's Chimney Service.
