High’s was recommended to us by our roofing company Seneca Creek. Matt and company arrived right on time and even had little booties to cover their shoes in my house! We walked on the inside and the outside to get a sense of where a leakage might be coming from. The roofers told me to have the chimney examined. High’s listened to EVERYTHING! They were so polite and helpful. They were friendly and as we were walking around the house, I asked them about another brick problem with our front steps. No problem, said Matt. Within 15 min, they had checked out my chimney, and prepared an entire proposal for me, including the additional front steps project. Matt said that his team could get it all done in one day. He answered all my questions. He sat down with me and went through the proposal line by line. We discovered that we graduated from the same high school except that Matt is much younger! Guess that’s why he is on the roof and not me! Matt and I set a date for the work in about 3 weeks. The price is reasonable. But this is just icing on the cake for High’s as they are in the latest Best Picks in 2025 for Montgomery County Home Services Guide. I’m not the only one who likes High’s! So glad I called! Our experience with High's Chimney Service this past week was nothing short of excellent and we highly recommend them. Our technician, Mike Franek, could not have been more helpful and his expertise, professionalism and care was more than we could have asked or hoped for. He very patiently and expertly examined our gas fireplace based on our concerns and diagnosed the problem giving us options to consider after providing us with the detailed information we would need to do so. Mike also performed much needed maintenance to include a thorough cleaning and by the time he was finished, it looked to be brand new! In summary, we are most grateful to have received such stellar customer service and will indeed call upon High's Chimney Service in the future.

Mike Franek from High's Chimney Service was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable about our gas fireplace and went above and beyond what we expected. He spent time with us to be sure we understood everything about our gas zero clearance fireplace. We will definitely use High's Chimney Service in the future. It is wonderful to see a technician who loves his job and is extremely helpful.

Chris and his team were amazing. Every step was professional and well communicated. The information and processes were detailed to the homeowner and all options were explained. we called them to check our fireplace and once they showed me the pictures and we understood that we could have had a chimney fire. The damage that was in the stonework up the chimney, we went with getting it fully repaired. They send a great crew that had it done in 2 days. Fireplace looks good and we fell safer
