Phenomenal service all around. The tech, Pete, was courteous, friendly and beyond helpful. And hilarious. He answered all questions, was kind to our animals and even broke down everything he did and did a walk through of how to operate the fireplace. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Very impressed! We were having issues with our gas fireplace and our technician, Cory, was great. He showed up exactly when they said he would and was friendly and knowledgeable. His inspection of the fireplace was much more thorough than we’ve had from other companies and he was able to diagnose and fix our problem right then and there. He was a great communicator and we got a detailed written report on what was done and information about our fireplace. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Peter from Chimney Cricket fixed our gas fireplace to get it into working order. Peter was respectful of our home, wearing booties and using drop clothes and explained everything he was doing. We asked about additional services and received estimates in a timely fashion. We will definitely use Chimney Cricket again and highly recommend this company for any fireplace needs! 2nd review from 1/22/26, installation of gas shut off in firebox. Peter was again absolutely a pleasure to have in our home! Pleasant, knowledgeable, neat as a pin and treated our home as if it were his own!. Thank you Chimney Cricket for employing such a great technician! 5 stars again!
