Chuck and his team at Alliance Chimney did an excellent job installing my gas log. I priced the project with several contractors and their quote was fair and competitive (and the best price for that matter), but what really stood out was how easy Chuck was to work with. He’s responsive, straightforward, and has the kind of calm, professional temperament you hope for in a contractor. The installation itself was smooth and well executed. The end result exceeded my expectations. I honestly didn’t expect to enjoy a gas log this much, but I find myself turning it on every chance I get. It completely changed how I use the fireplace and adds a warm, inviting feel to the room. I’ve already used it well into April and can see myself starting it up again in early fall. It’s made the fireplace a real feature of the house again. Would absolutely recommend Chuck and Alliance Chimney.

Chuck was great and responsive! His guys showed up on time and were super respectful and knowledgeable. They even took their shoes off when entering the house! Would highly recommend and look forward to working with them in the future!
