From the moment I called to schedule, the experience was seamless. Jacub arrived on time, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection and showed me what needed to be replaced. They scheduled the follow up visit and it was also performed quickly and professionally. Jacob was excellent! He explained clearly all that he was finding during the inspection and provided alternatives to solve the problems discovered. Everything in the work areas remained clean throughout the inspection. He was polite and friendly and promised to return when the crew commences with the repair work. Highly recommended. Update Nov 7 2025: The inspection and repair of our chimney and firebox was a great experience from start to finish. The repairs for the two flues, the cap, crown, damper and firebox were all completed in a single day, which was due to the efficient and hardworking team that barely took a break. The team was respectful and kept the surrounding area clean and orderly, and all were personable and friendly. The lead of the team demonstrated the resulting changes and rightly took pride in their craftsmanship, and the inspector/coordinator returned to ensure that we were happy with the work. This was a well-coordinated project (to include the office staff). In addition to bringing this structure up to code we’re now confident that our fireplace/chimney is safer to use. We will highly recommend Sweep Your Chimney to friends who need and inspection and/or repairs!

Our experience with Sweep Your Chimney was extraordinary. Jacob and Kyle showed up on time and didn’t leave the job until we were 💯 satisfied. Jacob, Eden, and Kyle went above and beyond until our install was completed, despite some unexpected issues. The team was responsive, timely, and explained everything clearly, working with us until the issues were resolved. Tonight, Jacob & Kyle stayed late on a holiday evening until the issue was solved and our beautiful gas fireplace insert was up and running perfectly. We would highly recommend Sweep Your Chimney!!
