Long time satisfied customer. Complete Chimneys took care of our old woodstove insert for years. Trusted them to install the upgraded replacement in 2021. Joey was very helpful when we were selecting the best model, did an outstanding job with the install and continues to take great care of us with regular cleanings and inspections. Really appreciate the continuity seeing the same people over so many visits.

Jorge and his helper were great! They explained what they were doing, and answered all of my questions. The chimney looks brand new. They did a great job, and had pride in their work. The office was also very responsive to any questions I asked. Complete Chimneys created a less stressful situation with their ethical work, and followed the BIA guidelines. I would use them again, and recommend them for your project

This is simply an "A Class" example of how a company is to be run. Nothing but professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and an exceptional willingness to help-kind of service and experience with Complete Chimneys. I was impressed by their communication from the beginning. Their willingness to help and how quickly they were able to secure an appointment, despite being in the middle of the season. I received a text message (on the day of my service) with the name, a picture, and a blurb of the capabilities and history of the tech on his way. Made me happy to have picked this company. The crew, upon arrival was on time, friendly, and ready to answer all of my questions, throughout the service. I was even provided a customer discount AFTER my initial quote, because the person I spoke with was reminded of a special they were running and honored it when it was time to pay. I was reminded, after working with Complete Chimneys, that there are still quality companies out there that aren't run like a corporate machine, and express a heartbeat, while looking to treat new (and likely existing) customers with respect and fairness. They even sent me ALL of the diagnostic reports for my unit, on top of sending me as much information about my 28 year-old unit. Wow. Just wow. The Diagnostic and full-service are the services that were performed on my Heat-N-Glo propane fireplace. Hadn't been done in over 10 years and well-needed. Thank you John G (TR #73) (and your awesome tech) for being the best to offer, out there, for a well-needed customer service. I will certainly (and already have :)) refer your company to any of my friends/family/associates who are in need of any services that Complete Chimneys has to offer and will certainly be using you again in the future. In April of 2025, John installed a gas fireplace in our home. His work was highly professional, and the fireplace gave us outstanding heat during a very cold winter. I was getting ready to shut down the sustem for the season and was unsure of what to do with the gas service line. I called today and was immediately connected with Mike who also sold us the insert. He was very detailed in his explanation of the connection of the flexible line to the unit. He gave me very valuable information regarding the operation of the pilot light as well. Both men gave superb customer service. Megan is also to be credited with the courteous manner in which she fielded my call.

John was wonderful! He installed an electric fireplace insert in my mother’s condo, which is staged and on the market for sale. He and his equally nice associate did it quickly and without leaving even a speck for me to clean up after. In less than 3 hours we were open for showings again! Oh, and John was great showing me how to use the remote. He also blew my elderly mind telling me there is now such a thing as a holographic fireplace (!) and that Complete Chimneys has some in their showroom. I may just have to round up some friends and neighbors for a field trip to go see one. 😍
