Long time satisfied customer. Complete Chimneys took care of our old woodstove insert for years. Trusted them to install the upgraded replacement in 2021. Joey was very helpful when we were selecting the best model, did an outstanding job with the install and continues to take great care of us with regular cleanings and inspections. Really appreciate the continuity seeing the same people over so many visits.

Jorge and his helper were great! They explained what they were doing, and answered all of my questions. The chimney looks brand new. They did a great job, and had pride in their work. The office was also very responsive to any questions I asked. Complete Chimneys created a less stressful situation with their ethical work, and followed the BIA guidelines. I would use them again, and recommend them for your project

In April of 2025, John installed a gas fireplace in our home. His work was highly professional, and the fireplace gave us outstanding heat during a very cold winter. I was getting ready to shut down the sustem for the season and was unsure of what to do with the gas service line. I called today and was immediately connected with Mike who also sold us the insert. He was very detailed in his explanation of the connection of the flexible line to the unit. He gave me very valuable information regarding the operation of the pilot light as well. Both men gave superb customer service. Megan is also to be credited with the courteous manner in which she fielded my call.

Complete Chimneys is top-notch from first call to completion of the job!! I called for an inspection of my gas fireplace during construction come to find out the wires were melting and it was a fire hazard. It could have been bypassed and fixed, however, John, the technician, was honest and stated they did not feel comfortable repairing it based not the safety of my family and home. We then spoke with Michael from the showroom who was able to pull a quote together in less than a day. We proceeded to meet in-person at the showroom. He was upfront, honest, and very knowledgeable. He was aware of our situation based on communication with John showing that the actually communicate with each other. We selected a fireplace to fit our needs and Michael did not try to up-sell as anything at any point. When the day came for installation, John again came back with Josh and a small team. They took the old fireplace, reinsulated the "doghouse," replaced the vent, and installed the new fireplace in about 4-hours. All were very respectful for our new hardwood floors and were truly interested in getting the job done right. John is super knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions or concerns that I had from beginning to end. I was surprised that Michael from the showroom and came to ensure that everything was going smoothly. Before leaving, they cleaned up like they were never there and put finishing details on everything. John also went over every detail of my new fireplace and controls, and also told not to hesitate to call with any questions that I might have. Michael also called several hours late to ensure that I was happy with their service and installation. Overall, I could not be happier with the service, respect, and professionalism from the entire staff at Complete Chimneys. Would definitely recommend and not hesitate to use their services in the future for any fireplace needs. Thanks again Michael, John, and Josh!!!

Complete Chimney did an awesome job from start to finish. They helped us put in a gas insert and did a beautiful job. They were very professional and clean. We got multiple quotes and they gave us the best offer. John the technician as well as his team We’re fast and efficient. We also had to reschedule multiple times because of various reasons and they were very flexible with us.
