Quick, on-time and took care of everything. Got the cap inspection via drone as well to make sure no problems were lurking up on the roof. Always makes having a fireplace and oil furnace safer getting them to come clean annually.

Great company who doesn’t use fear tactics to force projects! Have had bad experiences with other chimney cleaners and this group has always felt very honest and upfront about what’s needed and when. They’ve also always been very respectful and professional during service visits and they treat our older home with care.

Today was our first experience with Masters Chimney services, and it couldn’t have been a better one. Our initial contact by phone to schedule the visit was easy, and Bill O’Brien, our technician, was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he did to tune up our gas fireplace and recommended an annual inspection which we will schedule. Highly recommend this company!

Master chimney did a great job! I recently bought a home and wanted to have my chimney cleaned before using them. They were so cordial on the phone while I was booking the appointment, continue to do follow up to ensure that I knew what time they were arriving, and we’re not only knowledgeable, but kind when they came to do the service. The gentleman that we’re here took it upon themselves to also would work properly. I would highly recommend them

Great service. They scheduled me quickly and the tech arrived within the time frame that gave me. What I loved most was they sent me a text letting me know the tech was on the way and then also sent me a photo of the techs. I hate allowing people into my home but knowing who was showing up made me more comfortable. Thank you!
