Master chimney did a great job! I recently bought a home and wanted to have my chimney cleaned before using them. They were so cordial on the phone while I was booking the appointment, continue to do follow up to ensure that I knew what time they were arriving, and we’re not only knowledgeable, but kind when they came to do the service. The gentleman that we’re here took it upon themselves to also would work properly. I would highly recommend them

Affordable and knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process over the phone. My appointment was moved up which was great. Conor the technician was communicative through the entire clean/inspection/repair. My wife and I are more than happy we chose Master Chimney Sweepers!

Mike was great! The whole thing took less than and hour, he was nice and with his equipment, there is virtually no mess. A detailed report gets sent with the invoice. Very easy, done and done!

So impressed with Sean and Tyler who cleaned our chimney and left a detailed report. They took the time to explain what they were doing and showed pictures of the inside of the chimney. They answered any questions I had and couldn’t have been more pleasant. I had an emergency situation as we just had an oil burner puff back and they were able to service us w/I a day. There is something to be said for working w a family business who truly provides wonderful customer service, something always talked about but rarely provided.
