Quick, on-time and took care of everything. Got the cap inspection via drone as well to make sure no problems were lurking up on the roof. Always makes having a fireplace and oil furnace safer getting them to come clean annually.

After some non-desirable cleanings by other cleaning companies, Master Chimney Sweepers have been cleaning my flues for many years. Scheduling an appointment with them is easy, early booking discounts are well publicized, on cleaning day notification from the technician with a picture of the technician is great, and the technician always leaves a clean environment and verbally explains their detailed work with pictures each visit. I'm very pleased with their service.

Today was our first experience with Masters Chimney services, and it couldn’t have been a better one. Our initial contact by phone to schedule the visit was easy, and Bill O’Brien, our technician, was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he did to tune up our gas fireplace and recommended an annual inspection which we will schedule. Highly recommend this company!

Georgio was great! Very friendly, knew our house from a prior visit. Helped with the challenging task of polishing off vine that we could not remove ourselves but desperately needed to be done. Went over pricing and stuck to task. Value was definitely there. Thanks for our yearly check up!

Great company who doesn’t use fear tactics to force projects! Have had bad experiences with other chimney cleaners and this group has always felt very honest and upfront about what’s needed and when. They’ve also always been very respectful and professional during service visits and they treat our older home with care.
