“I wasn’t home when the guy came, my son was….my main reason for having you come out was to put a cap on the top…every year we get birds that build a nest, and they are back again this year…the guy said he needed two people in order to put a cap on it-I guess it was too high up — I got a price for around $4,000 to do repair work which I CANNOT afford so I just won’t be using my fireplace but I do really wish the cap was able to be put on because listening to these birds in my family room is extremely annoying”

“I previousely gave chimney Cricket 5 stars since my recent service call i will give them a 3 star and really shouldnt be that high! $325.00 for a service call to fix flame going out and never fixed it spent 3hours of talking to me and walked away saying they were going to order limit switch AND after checking a month later still never ordered so i looked up model and ordered part myself for $15.00 and installed myself in 15 minutes! SO $325.00 for a $15.00 part that took 15 minutes! THAT I INSTALLED!!! But I will give them another chance before i move on since i know someone that works for this company I just don't like being ripped off!!!!”
