I’ve used another cleaning service for 3 years and came across pure cleans business while walking home from work. Decided to call and give them a try for my scheduled 3 month clean for my 1 bedroom carpet. Forrest the tech was super knowledgeable and he explained everything he was going to do before we got started and he was so nice! My carpet looks so good! Smells fresh (I have 3 dogs) Super excited I decided to switch! And the experience was nothing like my past cleaner. This is a super professional business, I appreciate how professional it is! I have already told me family about my experience.

I had a wonderful experience with PureClean! My cleaner, Josiah, went above and beyond to ensure everything looked perfect. His diligence and attention to detail were incredible—he didn't rush through the job at all and made sure every spot was properly treated. What I appreciated most was his customer education. Josiah took the time to explain the process, gave me some great tips on maintenance, and answered all my questions with a great attitude. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism. I’m incredibly happy with how clean the carpets look and will definitely be using them again.

These guys did a great job on my huge area rug the first time around! I didn't think it was an easy clean to clean a high loft shaggy rug made out of wool and cotton but they did a great job. They picked up my rug for free, and also dropped it off for free. This is such an amazing service to offer. On the 2nd time around, I had them pick up 6 more rugs! 2 being large area rugs and some smaller area rugs. They were very helpful when discussing the cleaning fee/cost. Very easy to work with and great communication. Moving forward I will only recommend these guys to pick up and clean any rug and I'll being using them moving forward.

We couldn't be happier with PureClean! Scheduling was easy, and they were punctual and efficient. Our technician Jesus, was polite, highly knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job. He explained everything beforehand, and the carpet looks amazing. My bedroom feels completely new and refreshed—I'll definitely use them again!

Pure Clean was super great to work with! Their pricing is reasonable, even for a wool carpet. Forrest was very communicative and easy to work with! He walked me through every step and made the process seamless. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
