As the manager of several buildings within a portfolio of investments we chose Commercial Steam Clean because they provided a very competitive price for the services offered. They removed heavily soiled carpet stains from pets and other spilled items. They are tremendously professional, courteous, and efficient. The communication from start to finish was as seamless as the follow through and gratitude expressed on their end. They were very polite and did an excellent job cleaning. 2 spots didn’t come up too well, but otherwise a great and efficient job was done. I appreciated being able to talk to people on phone to easily schedule and the call saying they were on the way.

The home carpet cleaning service we received from Commercial Steam Team was superb. Julian and his co-worker were friendly and professional. They removed stains that prior carpet clearing services failed to remove and left us with a clean, fresh carpet that wasn’t nearly as wet as we previously experienced with other carpet cleaning services. We highly recommend them.

These guys are excellent! They were on time, they were courteous and communicated well, their pricing was better than their competitors, and they got a huge stain out of my carpet that I really didn't think would come out. I legitimately thought the carpet in that room was done for. They also come back if needed to ensure you're satisfied at no extra charge. Seriously...what more can you ask for?? This is the second time i've used them and it definitely won't be the last!
