Edit: Updating my review to reflect the customer service response I received after posting my original review. Management reached out directly, took responsibility for the scheduling and communication issues, apologized sincerely, and issued a partial refund without hesitation. I really appreciated them taking the feedback seriously and making a genuine effort to make things right. Because of that response, I’m updating this to 5 stars. Scheduling was easy, and the lady who helped me on the phone was very pleasant and nice. She got me scheduled quickly, which I really appreciated. Jason was also great and honestly the reason I didn’t leave a lower review initially. It was clear he was doing his best, but management had seriously overbooked him. I was given a 1–4 PM arrival window, so I arranged to work from home that day to be available. Instead of just being told he’d arrive closer to 4, I sat there waiting the entire window, only for him to show up after it had already passed. I felt bad for Jason because it was obvious the scheduling issue wasn’t his fault. The cleaning itself was good, but the late arrival and lack of communication were frustrating and inconvenient. That said, the way management handled the situation afterward absolutely mattered, and I appreciate them listening to the feedback and responding professionally.

Came in on time. Was very flexible with time. Called on Sunday evening and set up for 8am on Monday. They moved things around for us. 4 bedroom house. All well clean to our satisfaction. Jason was extra nice and very meticulous with his job. Will recommend them anyday.

They are very nice business people. Arrive with then booking timing and does a great job at cleaning your carpet. I booked them for 3 rooms and stairway. I totally recommend them and give them a 10 star. Especially the guy who came out and did the job.

UPDATE: After I posted my review expressing my disappointment with the service, Snappy’s reached out to me almost immediately and asked for the opportunity to make things right. I was very impressed with their quick response and willingness to address my concerns. I scheduled another appointment, and this time I was very satisfied with the cleaning. They truly stood behind their work and made sure I was happy with the results. Because of their excellent customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction, I will definitely use them again! This was my first time using Snappy Clean. The technician was very nice and professional; however, I was disappointed with the quality of the cleaning overall, especially considering the cost. During the appointment, the technician set the chemical spray bottle on my coffee table and it leaked, so I had to clean up the spill myself. After the service, I also noticed that several corners of the couch and oversized chair did not appear to have been cleaned. A few cushions seemed untouched as well. When I started putting the cushions back on the loveseat, I realized it had not even been vacuumed. While I appreciated the technician’s kindness, the overall service felt mediocre for the amount of money spent.
