I was very satisfied with the work Mr. Phillip work. I called this company because they was a small business and I rather support a small business than a big corporate company. I had a feeling that I would get more one-to-one good service. I called them on a Saturday and needed service done ASAP but at the time I called thay was booked until Thursday. Thay put me on hold to call Mr. Phillip to see what can be done for a sooner date. THEN I was told MR. PHILLIP WILL CHANGE IS SCHEDULE TO FIT MINE AND HE CAME THE NEXT DAY. I was so pleased and very thankful. I new it was a big nasty job. I wasn't expecting a big miracle. I was expecting at least 70% but Instead got 90%. So I decided to book them again for the next text available week for 2 more rooms. That's how satisfied I was with this company. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM EVERY TIME AND EVEN POST THEM ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE AND NEIGHBORHOOD FACEBOOK PAGE. Pricing I was expecting a little more because it was a very big nasty job but I got a very decent price for this and I was quoted a very decent price for the next two rooms that I will have done.

Called a few companies. All google numbers. No one answered. Called Golden Wand and the son answered and gave me the information for 4 rooms. Mr. Malveaux called a few minutes later to confirm. Scheduled. What I thought would be many areas, was not and the price is...wow! My home smells great and the carpet looks fantastic. Before leaving I told my neighbor and now she's booking with Golden Wand too. They have earned my business!!

Philip was so sweet and amazing! Very down to earth! He did a Very awesome job cleaning my carpet! I called this morning and he was here same day within a few hours! I highly recommend him to anyone needing a good carpet cleaner! He also does it all! Floor, upholstery etc! Thanks Philip!:) -Bianca

Had a good experience with Golden Wand Home Services. Philip was very friendly and professional. Service was fast and carpet looks really good. Philip was able to remove multiple plain spots and pet stains on the carpet. I’m satisfied with our experience.
