Jonathan came over this morning and did an outstanding job! He took the time to explain the entire cleaning process before starting, which I really appreciated. He was professional, thorough, and made sure everything was done properly. The house smells amazing now, and everyone who has stopped by can immediately see the difference in the carpets. He also worked on our couch, which had some really tough stains, and he was able to get them out completely. Thank you, Jonathan, for the excellent service. I would definitely recommend Cosmopolitan Carpet and Rug Cleaning!

From the initial call, to scheduling, the technician arrived on time, explained the whole procedure, and pointed out some areas where our little puppy started marking. The technician was able to clean 2 additional rooms and 1 sofa. The whole process was Amazing. I highly recommended Cosmopolitan Carpet and rug cleaning. We will definitely be using their services again.

This is a great company! Friendly from first call to job done! John was our couch cleaner! He did such a great job - it was a white couch- three dogs- and now it’s white again! Reasonably priced and able to squeeze us in! I HIGHLY recommend Cosmopolitan Carpet and Rug cleaner to freshen up and make your home furnishings look like new!

Jon did an excellent job cleaning & stretching my carpets. I also loved how well he cleaned my upholstery on my Ottoman. I’ve been using Cosmopolitan carpet for 30 years and their services are always top-flight!

I am extremely pleased with the results. Sean and Caleb were amazing! They gave superb customer service, explained the process and completed the work quickly. I had carpeted stairs and they did an awesome job. Both had awesome personalities and were very personable. We appreciate their services. The price for the services was worth it. I will be using this company again.
