Cleaners came on time; worked efficiently and professionally; asked questions when there was an issue; both cleaners were very friendly. I had 3 carpets and 3 runners cleaned. Carpets showed visible signs of cleaning (spots were gone) runners looked cleaner, colors brighter. I got the green shampoo cleaning and everything smelled great. However, I have two cats and there was noticeable cat hair left on the carpets (runners were fine). Not a problem as I will vacuum when all is dry. Would I use them again? Yes.

My wife and I love the team at Unique. They took care of some very nasty carpet stains including paint in carpet. Most recently, they took care of stains in my car seats and carpet plus odors. Not only are they experts, but they are very friendly and explain everything so you can make an informed decision. I highly recommend Unique for any of their services.

Big job well done. Yesterday we had every carpet and rug cleaned in our home. The workmen arrived on time, were cheerful, polite, helpful, efficient and did a beautiful job. My one issue would be that the price seemed rather high. Then again, I guess you get what you pay for. Thank you Unique Carpeting!

Service perfection! Owner Edgar is professional, articulate and friendly, and was able to remove some very tough, longtime carpet stains! He went so far as to capture and release 3 robin birds that flew into our home during carpet cleaning when garage door was open. HIGHLY recommend Unique and Edgar!!! I’m a very pleased customer.
