“The cleaner could not get the dirt out of the crevices against the wall and in the stairs in between the risers. I was not happy with that. They only sent one crew member and the job called for two. Additionally, one of the hoses on the equipment ruptured and caused flooding on my hard wood floors. This resulted in further delays in completing the project in a timely manner.”
