Chem-Dry did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. They were easy to schedule, showed up on time, and were professional from start to finish. The carpets look and feel much cleaner, and the whole process was simple and stress-free. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took while working in our home. I had a great experience with Chem-Dry today! They cleaned my sofas and a small area of rug, and LaKendrick was absolutely awesome. His communication before arriving was excellent—he kept me informed of his arrival time, arrived on time, and took great care with my furniture. I’m very pleased with the results. Everything looks refreshed and clean. I highly recommend Chem-Dry and will definitely call them again for future carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Jordan did an absolutely amazing job on our 30 year old carpet! He explained the process thoroughly, checked in with me a few times during the process to be sure he was doing what I was expecting to be done (and check over his work), and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time. He got out strains out I didn't think possible. I'm very pleased with how my carpets look.

Alex was very professional, upbeat and kind with a strong customer service attitude. He did a great job cleaning the carpets in a former storage room that hasn’t been cleaned in over 15 years, effectively removing stains, grease and oil.

Trenton did a really great job with repairing our carpet. We didn’t have any extra carpet, so he took some out of one of the closets & it’s barely noticeable. The repair looks awesome. Highly recommend!
