We are very happy and pleased with the wonderful job that was done to improve and upgrade our kitchen. The salesman was so full of good suggestions and the workman was very much a perfectionist in his job. Everything went seamlessly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company if you want a job well done and no pressure.

Our new kitchen from Let’s Face It! was installed just about 5 years ago. The cabinet doors and drawers came with a lifetime guarantee. When one of our cabinet doors started to peel, I contacted Let’s Face It! to determine a remedy for the issue. They said they would order me a new door and have it shipped directly to me. About a week later I received an email stating the color/pattern of our doors was no longer being made. This after being told when we originally contracted with Let’s Face It! that this was one of the more popular colors. Let’s Face It! sent us chips of other patterns/colors that were “close” to our cabinets. While the samples were close, we felt there was enough of a difference that if we replaced the cabinet door with one of these colors, that door would stick out like a sore thumb. And we are being told the door cannot be repaired. Needless to say, we are very disappointed in this outcome. We would recommend you keep this in mind as to whether you choose Let’s Face It! for your re-do project. Update (4/1/26) - Let's Face It has tried really hard to come up with a solution to fix our issue since the manufacturer no longer makes the cabinet color/pattern of our cabinet. I thank the company for their effort. They have worked with their vendor to find edging to replace the parts of the door that have peeled away. Even though the repaired door will not look exactly like the other doors, this solution is better than having a defective door. More to come once the door is repaired. Update (6/14/26) - Let's Face It worked very hard and was able to repair our cabinet door. The job performed was very good and I commend the Let's Face It team, especially Dave & Sean, for finding a solution and excellent work in the repair job. You have to really look very closely to see the door has been repaired.

We had our kitchen refaced almost 2 months ago, and are so pleased with how it turned out! From the initial meeting to the very end of the project, all went relatively smoothly. It was great to get sample doors and colors in the mail to ensure that my ideas about color and finishes would go with what I had in mind before committing to the real deal. Shout out to Tyree who was prompt and professional, and did a fantastic job bringing our new kitchen to life! He even went above and beyond with final touches, and was open and friendly as well. We were even able to add a few other upgrades towards the end of the project, and the team accommodated our request without any issues. Overall communication was good, but there were a couple moments where I needed to follow up--such as clarifying the start date and payment for the final upgrades. It would have been nice to get a request to share final photos of the kitchen, but I'm not sure if this is part of their process. In the end, everything was completed as expected and we are so happy with the outcome. We will truly enjoy our newly refaced kitchen for years to come!

Could not be more pleased with the work and the results. Ken and his team were great and a pleasure to deal with = extremely professional, organized, and responsive. The new kitchen cabinet doors and drawers, the custom-made pantry cabinet and the quartz countertop totally transformed an old, outdated kitchen. The quality, service and price-point of this local company make it a no-brainer alternative to the national big-box retailers and home centers. Will definitely be looking to use Let's Face It again on future projects. Thanks again, Ken & Team!!

Let’s Face it did a fantastic job refacing our kitchen cabinets at a fraction of the cost Of a new kitchen. We love our new white kitchen and maple island! A special thanks to our salesman Tom G who gave us all the time we needed to make our choices- no pressure sales- he sold us with being helpful and knowledable. A special thanks to Ken B who made sure the job was completed to perfection- no loose ends. I highly recommend Let’s Face it for your next project!
