KitchenSaver is a wonderful group. From the very first, Mike Aiello, our project sales and design advisor was very engaged, extremely attentive, personally accompanied us to pick out granite countertop. He was easily available for questions, changes, and details throughout the process. He had a most kind, helpful, and positive disposition. He went above and beyond for us, and was always available to make helpful suggestions whenever we asked, and reassuring us when we were uncertain. He actually has a background as a chef working in professional kitchens and that informs his sense of design. Trey, the carpenter who built our kitchen, properly described himself as "an artist." And indeed he was. Not only was he extraordinarily skillful, he was also very friendly. He took special pains to make sure to contain the area and prevent dust from getting into the rest of the house. He actually finished the job more quickly than we expected (how often does that happen with contractors?10 and was meticulous about cleaning up afterwards each night, particularly at the end of the job. The kitchen is truly the heart of our house and he built it with the skillfulness, precision, and experience of a master heart surgeon. It was quite impressive. In fact, one of the cabinet doors was delivered with a minor defect, which could easily have been hidden, but he was not satisfied with it, pointed it out, temporarily patched it up, and ordered a new door for us, which they later replaced. They have their own plumber and electrician so they don't have to subcontract out. The plumber in particular went out of his way for us. Craig did a great job putting up a custom-made shelf for us. It turns out that one cabinet for the oven/microwave had been mismeasured. However, once it was discovered they very quickly rallied to sent us two additional craftsman – Mike Lilli and Rick Cavey. They came the day we identified the problem, and were there the next business day correcting it seamlessly, and made it look perfect. Of all the contractors we've ever worked with in our house, KitchenSaver was among the most superior in our 25 years here.

Tim Mitchell is a professional contractor who did an excellent job on my kitchen cabinets defacing. He was on time everyday for 5 days. Started the work and cleaned up everyday that was very impressive to me. He is #1 man on the job. Thank you for a pleasant experience with this Company.

This was our second contract with Kitchen Saver in 8 years. This time, our project to install new cabinets with new countertop went like a charm--Dave was wonderful. But then when the countertop backsplash installation over our range required a complicated range hood ventilation fan removal, Kitchen Saver had to jump through a lot of hoops to repair a jerry-rigged installation not done to County code (done 25 years ago by a previous owner!). They rebuilt a soffit, redid wiring and ductwork, installed new 12" cabinets, refinished the wall, and installed a new ventilation hood to code. It involved many visits by Senior installer Rick, electrician Bryan, and cabinet installers Simon and Tim. They were all wonderful--patient and professional, and nice guys to boot! We just have to paint the new wall work that they prepared for us to do. They probably didn't make much money on this second stage project with us, but we loved them!

So happy with our kitchen glo up!! It looks like a completely new kitchen. Our installer, Erick Delaid was fantastic & paid close attention to detail. He even re-did the veneer when he thought it wasn’t quite right. Really couldn’t be happier with how it turned out.

We had a very good experience with Kitchen Saver. The staff were courteous and responsive to our needs, and they met their schedule according to contract. We are happy with the kitchen install and finished product. We did have a few remaining items after the main install, but they completed these timely and satisfactorily. Admittingly, the only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is they can still be considered a little pricey, but we are satisfied with the work and accept the overall cost of the project. We would use them again and recommend you give them an opportunity.
