EBSCO Research is happy to announce the launch of the 2016 edition of Best Pick Reports. Our annual publications provide homeowners with home service company recommendations that are based on extensive consumer satisfaction research.

Since 1997, we have collected over 1 million reviews from homeowners in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Maryland, Virginia, Boston, and Philadelphia. By contacting customers directly, our staff at EBSCO Research is able to evaluate and document the performance of companies in dozens of categories, such as roofers, plumbers, electricians, and painters.

Homeowners in Boston and Philadelphia have used our website since 2014 to search for home service companies, and this year marks the first year in which homeowners living in those areas will receive a printed guide.
