Professional and efficient in every aspect of the remodel: sales, contract administration, payment processing, material order, logistics and installation. They kept me informed on every step of the process- I was never “forgotten”. In particular, they explained each stage of the process in a way that I could understand and answered all of my questions. Installation took less than 2 days and the workers kept a tidy work area and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. The materials are wonderful - solid with great finishes. The cost was definitely not inexpensive but it was very reasonable for the quality of the finished product and how well the whole project was handled. I believe that “you get what you pay for” and what we got was awesome!

It was a very easy and quick installation. Giovanni the installer was very kind and knowledgeable he did a wonderful job it turned out beautiful. We are very pleased with the final results.

Yaku & Josiah with Jacuzzi bath came in and transformed our daughter's bathroom with a new walk in shower. Both are very professional and exceptional attention to detail, and cleanup afterwards. From the sales rep Brendan to all of the customer service reps, Jacuzzi bath is 10 stars. If you're considering a bathroom project, make sure you review Jacuzzi bath. You'll be pleased with the results.

We had a re-do on our shower stall. Jacuzzi sent us their staff, YAKU & CALEB. They did a great job in correcting, perfecting and installing the finishes. They paid a full attention to the details, besides being respectful and listening to our concerns. We wish that they were the ones who did the job over 3 years ago. Kudos to YAKU & CALEB !!! You’re a great asset to Jacuzzi and/or to any prospect company!

Kaleb and Jordan were amazing to say the least. We recommend them for any bath remodeling without hesitation. They knew exactly what to do and completed the job with a 5 star quality. Very professional. Took care of every detail as if it were their own home, their own protect to complete. They informed us every step of the way. We are really impressed by Jacuzzi overall.
