Jaime G., Carlos C. & Angel installed my dream bathroom shower. As I continue to age the Jacuzzi shower install is exactly what I need. It gives me great peace of mind. I got exactly what I was looking for in function, beauty, and cleanliness. They were great listeners and communicators. When they were done, it was hard to say goodbye to them. They were like great house guests. Carlos wore a red stocking cap, and I joked that Santa sent me one of his elves to install my dream shower. It will be great for many years. I had a tub to shower project done just recently and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that was done!! Talisa Wibmer, salesperson and designer, was a pleasure to work with!! Great personality!!!! And she really knows her stuff!! My wife and I really enjoyed having her in our home!! She explained everything in an easy way to understand as we are an older couple!! Thanks, Talisa!! Ethan F. and Henri K. were the installers!! They went the extra mile to make sure we understood the process of the project!! Answered all of our questions very well!! Very professional!! I compared their work with other videos on line and the difference was night and day!! Very impressed!! If there was ever an earthquake, the house would fall down before the shower!! Thanks Jacuzzi and Costco for all you did!!😊

I am extremely pleased with my new Jacuzzi shower unit. It’s elegant looking, definitely elevated the look of our late 1980’s bathroom. The installers, Thomas Fierro and Angel H, were professional, proficient, knowledgeable as well as friendly. I am looking forward to the installation process for the Jacuzzi shower/tub unit I ordered for our second bathroom.

Update 2: Jacuzzi sent Jose Paredes to our house to evaluate the project. He came back for an entire day, redid the caulking and fixed everything else. He did a terrific job! Update: I wanted this to be a good experience but after a short time, the shelves are slipping, the caulk job is amateurish, and the floor slippery. I’ve called and asked for someone to help us out. It’s been two weeks. Not happy. We had a shower install and the experience was great. In and out in one day. Changes the whole room. Justin B and Josh H did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel!

Excellent work. Thomas and Angel did a wonderful job very good workers, even though they are young they very knowledgeable, excellent attitude friendly and very professional. Good job guys.
