I found the company through Costco. They have a kiosk in the Costco warehouses and that’s was my first contact with Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel. They set up the appointment for the consultation right in the Costco and that was a very easy and seamless effort. They gave me a good time, verified my name and address and all of the particulars then the estimator came out. Her name was Jenny, and she spent quite a bit of time photographing, measuring and setting up all the information. We sat down at the kitchen table and went over the particulars of the New shower conversion. This was a shower conversion from an original bathtub. She showed me all the options, all the materials, all of the faucets and the additional accessories available for purchase. She then worked up a price. We got the manager of sales team involved, his name was Brad. He provided some adjustments on the price. I received a good price. They do obtain a permit from the city of Mesa and the plumbing work is approved by a building inspector. This provides a higher level of security to the homeowner. Many of the other companies doing this work say you don’t need a permit. I researched it and you do.(in Mesa). Jacuzzi is the only company that gets the required permits. I would highly recommend them!

Very happy with the end results, encounter a few challenges but too be expected when working with plumbing in a 50+ year old home. Can’t say enough good things about the craftsman that tackled this job , thank you Nico D Eddie V Thomas F and Eric. Great job guys your craftsman ship speaks well for your company.

Jaime G., Carlos C. & Angel installed my dream bathroom shower. As I continue to age the Jacuzzi shower install is exactly what I need. It gives me great peace of mind. I got exactly what I was looking for in function, beauty, and cleanliness. They were great listeners and communicators. When they were done, it was hard to say goodbye to them. They were like great house guests. Carlos wore a red stocking cap, and I joked that Santa sent me one of his elves to install my dream shower. It will be great for many years. An update on our previous post from March, 2026. After 156 days caused by snafu after snafu on Jacuzzi’s end, our Jacuzzi shower/tub unit was FINALLY installed, June 11- 12, and is up and running.It’s beautiful. Our Jacuzzi journey started January 8, 2026 when we met with Jacuzzi salesman, Luke Rietz. March 3-4 our primary bathroom shower was installed.(see review below) April 6- wrong tub delivered, not jetted. April 28- wrong tub, again. Not jetted. Over the intervening time, I made numerous phones calls to customer service to find out the status of our pending installation. The customer service representatives, Catherine, Suave, Michelle (2x’s) and finally Monique on June 5th, were always professional. Today’s installers, Hugo and Justus, were FANTASTIC. They were focused on doing an exemplary job, experienced, clean and tidy and friendly. I repeat: Justus and Hugo were FANTASTIC installers. Everything we endured for 156 days was in no way their fault and they deserve their ‘job well done’ compensation money. Each time I spoke with customer service reps I mentioned we deserve monetary compensation for the 156 days of waiting, wrong product delays, inconvenience (the hardware for our previous tub was removed making our tub unusable for 57 days), and just plain annoyance. We not only deserve compensation, we expect it. We have been over- the-top patient, always pleasant, never nasty in our communications with Jacuzzi. Submitted June 12, 2026 March 3-4, 2026: I am extremely pleased with my new Jacuzzi shower unit. It’s elegant looking, definitely elevated the look of our late 1980’s bathroom. The installers, Thomas Fierro and Angel H, were professional, proficient, knowledgeable as well as friendly. I am looking forward to the installation process for the Jacuzzi shower/tub unit I ordered for our second bathroom. See above review.
