We are immensely happy with our new shower stall ; the installer Matt Zachar did an incredible job!! I am still amazed at how he was able to accomplish such a beautiful finished product with all the challenges faced with our 50+ year old house-he needed to fit it around 1/2 a window on the end wall and then preserve the existing tile alone the front end as well-both very impressive feats and looks sensational!!! Matt is a highly skilled professional with great likability -a truly winning combination!!!

Our account manager Alli Woodward did a fantastic job keeping us informed about the project as we went along. She let us know where, when, and how as we went along. Our Field Manager Sam Burwell did a great job making sure our installer had everything he needed to do the job to our specifications. Our installer Seth Sirrs was just EXCEPTIONAL!!! Seth was very knowledgeable about the process, very polite, and answered all our questions along the way!!! Seth was always in time, always ket us know what to expect each day. Both showers are just beautiful thanks to Seth's craftsmanship!

The entire procedure was handled very professionally. However, the highest professional score goes to our installer, Seth. He was the perfect gentleman, skilled in interpersonal, construction, installation, finishing and advisory skills. The highest superlatives are reserved for this young man. His efficiency and meticulous preparation for his daily tasks, and cleanup at the end of the day, placed absolutely no imposition upon us. Should you find yourself a customer, just hope you get Seth.

Seth was amazing! He did such a great quality job and was transparent direct the entire install. He communicated all details and was very respectful and clean. The materials used are quality and the craftsmanship is superb. Worth every penny!

The installation was a wonderful experience. Our new shower looks awesome. It turned out exactly how we expected. The installer Matt Zachar was very meticulous with replacing bad spots within the walls and ensuring the product was going to meet or exceed our expectations.
