Levi, my installer, did a great job. He called to let me know he was on his way. He explained the job and what was expected and was professional throughout the whole experience. Brandon P, my sales rep, was very patient with me as I asked my questions and made sure that I got a product that I both love and could afford. I'm loving my new shower. Thanks Bath Fitter. I had a tub to walk-in shower conversion.

From the time we got the consultation until the time shower was installed, everything was great. The communication was always, everybody was friendly. It was easy to set up the consultation. When Stephen arrived, he was very friendly and answered any questions we had. And it was hot outside, but he done an amazing job. We absolutely love love love our new shower from bath fitter.

Had to get the shower seat repaired from the install a year ago as it was pulling out of the wall and it turned into a bigger job than expected. Levi was quick, cleaned up after himself, showed and explained everything, was kind and respectful, didn’t let my cats out, showed up on time and best of all he did a really good job fixing the shower/seat. I told Levi I had originally got the shower for my father, but my partner just got out of a 32 day hospital stay so we need it for him now as well. Levi did quality work. The lifetime warranty is very helpful.

Stephen and Tristan were pleasant to work with. Both well spoken and competent. They arrived on time, fully prepared for the job. The new shower/tub looks excellent. They completed their work in a timely fashion and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the installation. Cant wait to use the new bath tub.
