We had three showers redone and one tub removed. We had an excellent experience with Mike and Steve. They are very good! It was a fantastic experience watching these two very professional guys work the wonders they did for us in our bathrooms! Wow! What a difference! It was such an easy renovation that I have experienced ever! From the time we spent with Frank discussing what our vision was to completion with Steve and Mike! Thank you guys! We love what you have done!

Cody was our sales guy, point of contact and all around helpful, informed guy!! He came to our house for the discussion and pricing about the shower that we were interested in. He was very clear and knowledgeable about the product. Was equipped with samples of all the colors and designs of the showers. Easily able to put my mind at ease about my concerns. Explained the company policy if there was mold behind my old shower which , luckily wasn't an issue. He answered all of my phone calls on the first ring Every Time and again answered all the additional questions I had. He has the patience of a Saint because he had a lot of phone calls and was extremely pleasant every time!! Thank-you Cody! Our installers, Mike and Steve , were also pleasant , knowledgeable and not bothered by my husband standing over their shoulders asking questions. Lol. They were clean and did the extensive job in a timely fashion and were very mindful and respectful of our home .Long Home, Thank-you for having great members on staff!!!

Just wanted to commend Daryl Lugo and his outstanding crew of installers, Evan and Dexter, for the excellent job they did in the installation of a walk in shower in our home. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were also respectful, considerate and really good and professional at what they do. My kudos to you, them and your company. Ryan Lane was the best. From the moment I met him he wasn’t pushy, had great customer service and really took care of us. I was on the fence about replacing shower but with his help we picked a great set up. Installation was a breeze and he was available to answer any questions we had along the way. He did such a great job we are now planning our next bath. Thank you Ryan Lane for helping us make our dream bath.

Matt and Alec were great at explaining things to me. We discussed what I could do in a price range I was comfortable with. My current bathroom is a disaster and I can't wait for the new install. It will be so nice to have a shower that drains properly, with shelves, is easy to clean, has proper grab bars, and is up to code.
