Long Home did not disappoint. I needed my tub removed and in its place a shower. From my first phone call to Long Home, to Ben Wilson product specialist who worked with me to fit my exact needs. I picked a finish, fixtures, grab bars and other details I wanted. it was a very positive experience. Steven F and Mike were the installers and they worked non stop. They installed it in one day. They were considerate of my property and they are nice guys. They did a fantastic job.

We had three showers redone and one tub removed. We had an excellent experience with Mike and Steve. They are very good! It was a fantastic experience watching these two very professional guys work the wonders they did for us in our bathrooms! Wow! What a difference! It was such an easy renovation that I have experienced ever! From the time we spent with Frank discussing what our vision was to completion with Steve and Mike! Thank you guys! We love what you have done!

We had Long Home come out today to provide a quote for a bathroom renovation, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. We had another estimate scheduled for the following day, but after meeting with Tristin, we canceled it and decided to move forward with Long Home. He was knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly easy to talk to. At no point did we feel pressured or like he was trying to upsell us. Instead, he took the time to understand what we wanted and focused on helping us create the right solution for our project. The more we learned about Long Home as a company, the more impressed we became. We really appreciated that they’re family-owned, use American-made materials, and have built a company culture that values their employees and promotes ethical sales practices. That made a big difference to us, and it showed throughout the entire experience. Their pricing was very competitive, but what ultimately earned our business was the trust they built. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely seems to care more about doing right by the customer than making the biggest sale. We’re excited to work with Long Home on this project, and based on our experience so far, they’ll be the first company we call for future home renovations. Highly recommend!

So far I have great confidence in this company. My sales man was Doug and he was great; salesman aren’t my favorite. He was not pushy. He did not try to oversell or upsell. He listened to what I want. He had sample products to show me. Then Bob called with a follow up and my mind was made up and I definitely went with them. I had five quotes. They were the only company that sat down with me and had samples. The other four companies came in and they were back out in five minutes. They did nothing but measure. I’m basically gave me a quote through email but they didn’t even really know what I wanted. And they were as much or more than Long Homes. Long homes really worked with me because I’m an older single income person. I can’t wait for the finish product and I truly expect to be completely happy.

Love my new shower! We had a tub to shower conversion. Our tub was very old and tile around the shower area was just falling out. I was amazed with the quality and look of the shower having been done in only one day. They were very professional and I recommend them for any bathroom remodel.
