These guys are fabulous! They came and did what they said they would, 1 day and I had my beautiful new shower! Melvin & Jean were professional, friendly, and meticulous with their work. And they cleaned up so well it looked like nothing had been done at all! I would highly recommend JBR, you won't regret it. Shout out also to Juan, my design rep, who made everything smooth and easy and was extremely helpful with the selection process. Thank you!

We had an excellent experience with our representative MIKE FEHL from start to finish. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the project. We never felt rushed, and all of our questions were answered with patience and expertise. They provided multiple estimates, presented different design options, and showed us visual renderings of how our bathroom could look once completed. The consultation was informative, transparent, and personalized to our needs. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to walk us through every option ultimately gave us the confidence to move forward and sign up for the project. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and look forward to seeing the finished results.

I would highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath and Remodel of Miami! I called them three weeks ago, and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. They showed me exactly what materials they’d be using for our new bathroom and went over everything step by step—very professional. We got to choose everything we wanted, and they gave us a fair price. They also showed their appreciation for the teachers of South Florida by giving us a discount, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They told us the project normally takes 4–8 weeks to complete, but just three weeks later they called to see if we were available for installation on Tuesday. I was shocked—in the best way—at how fast that was! Today, they removed our old bathroom and installed the bathroom of our dreams in just one day. The whole process took about 11 hours of nonstop work. They were professional, clean, and incredibly friendly. I even took pictures during the process, and they were happy to let me. Our installers, Rafael and Malvin, were amazing, and I can’t recommend them enough!

Mike was a great designer and helping me scope out my project. Roberto and Romany did a great job installing my new shower and process was easy and smooth. Arrived on time and finished the job by 7pm in one day! A little more expensive then I hoped but rather know I am working with an insured and highly reputable company. Thank you!
