Exceptional Work and Unmatched Dedication ​I am beyond thrilled with the bathroom remodel completed this week by Romany, Wanadi, Hernan, and Oscar. They did an absolutely amazing job, and I could not be happier with the results. ​What truly set this crew apart was their incredible work ethic and professionalism. We experienced a 5-hour power outage due to FPL, and despite the intense heat and exhaustion, they never stopped working. They put in nearly 10 hours each day without breaks or hesitation, even when faced with the difficult task of jackhammering the floor nearly a foot deep to reach the plumbing. They still managed to finish the entire project in just two days. ​Beyond their technical skill, the crew was incredibly respectful, kind, and detail-oriented. They were punctual, communicative, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire process. ​I want to explicitly state that the high quality of this project was only possible because of the dedication of workers like Romany, Wanadi, Hernan, and Oscar. It is easy for a company to sell a project, but these are the men who actually make it come true. It is not easy to find workers nowadays who commit to such a high level of expertise. Given that this was a project costing nearly $20,000 out of this price probably only 5,000 go to materials the rest is profit .it is imperative that Jacuzzi Bath Remodel ensures these specific individuals are compensated properly for their labor. Far too much of this physical work goes unseen by upper management and the owners of the company. These men are top-tier professionals who represent your company with pride, and I truly hope they are being recognized and rewarded accordingly. I can absolutely recommend this specific team for any job site!

We had an excellent experience with our representative MIKE FEHL from start to finish. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the project. We never felt rushed, and all of our questions were answered with patience and expertise. They provided multiple estimates, presented different design options, and showed us visual renderings of how our bathroom could look once completed. The consultation was informative, transparent, and personalized to our needs. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to walk us through every option ultimately gave us the confidence to move forward and sign up for the project. These guys are fabulous! They came and did what they said they would, 1 day and I had my beautiful new shower! Melvin & Jean were professional, friendly, and meticulous with their work. And they cleaned up so well it looked like nothing had been done at all! I would highly recommend JBR, you won't regret it. Shout out also to Juan, my design rep, who made everything smooth and easy and was extremely helpful with the selection process. Thank you!

Our new walk in shower came out beautiful. Ramoʻn and Melvin we the technicians that installed it for us. They were very professional and polite. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Could not have asked for a better team to come into our home.

The team, Roberto, Oscar, and Gabriel, did an excellent job. My new Jacuzzi shower is gorgeous and certainly lives up to the television hype. There was no mess to clean up afterwards. Best remodeling job EVER! I should know because I have had quite a few done.
