Mike A and Justin did an exceptional job of replacing our main bathroom tub area.. Nice and Polite and a job well done. It looks clean and beautiful. It comes with a lifetime warranty. And they also cleaned up behind themselves . Which is another Plus. Me and my husband we Thank You, we are very pleased of the service we received from the beginning to the end of the installation service okay .. yes I couldn't help but set it up immediately that's how pleased I was.

We did a bunch a research before we chose a company. Many companies wanted a ton of money and their products were not as durable. From the moment I spoke with our Sales rep Fredrick King ... I could tell this was the company for us. He addressed all of our needs & kept me in the loop thru out the entire process. Even though there were a great deal of obstacles to get thru he was Very diligent & patient. Next I met our Wonderful installer Connor Taylor. He worked quickly & efficiently on the disposal of the old shower along with keeping the mess to a minimum. The second day as promised the entire new shower was installed to perfection. He took the time to explain & show us how things worked & best why to clean and maintain our new unit. We are very pleased with Mom's new, safe & beautiful shower. Highly recommend Bath Fitters to all out there looking : )

We are so satisfied with the service and installation. Connor Taylor was our installer. He was polite, efficient and cleaned up completely after he was done. Our new tub and shower looks fabulous! Also must mention our sales rep Bob who stopped by during the install to check on things. That's great customer service!

We had a great experience with Bath Fitter! Conner Taylor did an amazing job with our installation. He was professional, friendly, and very detail-oriented. Our bathroom looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

I had several companies and private contractors give me an estimate to re do my bath. Chose bath fitter due to the lifetime warranty that they said would even included caulking at those location. Check on their better buisness bureau complaints and consumer protection dept. They came out clean with all issues resolved. Process was pretty simple with tons of choices to design your own setup. Yuri was my installer and was impressed with his attention to detail and that he did it all by himself. He did a good job. Will definitely recommend and I hope I never have to make a warranty claim though I am confident that they will still be around and immediately take care of the issue. Pictures say it all. My only regret is not having them install a shower curtain rod, the tension rod i have slips on tje acrylic. Thanks
