I would give a negative number if available. Khyrs and Josh came on February18, for a two day install of a Kohler Lux shower. From the beginning they were awful. They did not adequately cover our recently installed hardwood floors. It was raining and they tracked water and mud into the house. They did not cover our tiled bathroom floor, they used our bath mats. They were sloppy in every respect. They stood in our soaking tub creating cracking and groaning sounds. They left dirty black hand prints on the walls. They nicked the ceiling in two places and ruined the finish surrounding the shower. They were unable to repair it as they said their mud was frozen and they don’t do paint repairs. They didn’t install the doors correctly and couldn’t finish the job on day two because they had measured the back piece incorrectly. When they returned, they made no effort to cover the floor. The rear wall still wasn’t measured correctly so they just filled the gaps with caulk. They left a gooey, glue and caulk covered mess along with blue tape all over and pronounced it done. We sent photos and spoke with Heidi. Scott came out the following week and mudded the damaged areas and cleaned the hand prints and correctly (we think) aligned the doors. Once again, we were told they don’t do any painting even if they were responsible for the damage. When we cleaned out the toilet area adjacent to the shower wall ( we had put things in there to give them more work space) we noticed a large 4” x5” hole in the wall! Another call and photos to Heidi. On April 14th Abdul came out to repair it. It looks like a three year old took some glue and paper to it. He said it would look fine after it dried. We’ve had drywall repair done in the past and I knew that it was a poorly done job. I sent the photos to Heidi at Renuity who told me she would pass them along to Rita a.k.a. the trash bin. I was told someone would be in touch to repair the repair. No one has been as of today April 29, 2026. From beginning to end it has been an unprofessional poor quality job which cost over $22,000! I requested a refund check from Renuity to hire the professional who repaired our ceiling drywall about a year and a half ago. I’ve never received a response. I don’t think they are planning to do anything to make things right. It’s been over two months. I cannot implore anyone who is considering using Renuity NOT TO USE THEM. POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I was satisfied with the cost as it was guaranteed work. Installers were professional and cared about my safety as they were ready to install safety grab bars, shower head and hand held. We discussed shower door vs shower curtain and costs of both due to windows, plumbing placement. I was impressed with the installers skills in removing tile from floor, they were so good!

We decided to get our walk-in shower done through Costco. They partner with Pacific Bath. The entire team was amazing! Scott with sales. Mike who did the demolition the first day. Dalton and Elijah who did the installation the second day. And last, but definitely not least, Steven, the supervisor who came at the end of the project to make sure everything was perfect! And the lifetime warranty makes it completely worry free. I recommend Pacific Bath 100%.

Renuity staff are very knowledgeable, respectful, and considerate. The installers took everything down to the studs filling the tub with the debris. We had an arch that I was grateful that it had to be removed. They had to cut the tub out making sure when they were removing it, it did not hit walls or furniture. By the next day our shower was in and beautiful. The installers always entered our home with a smile and determination to complete the job on time. I would most definitely use Renuity again for another project.

We are so pleased with our new shower ! The installing crew were friendly, professional and on time. The appearance of the modern shower is so lovely. We would recommend this company 100% if you want top quality and working with people that know what they are doing. If we had questions, Heidi was always available to answer us and assist in any way she could. Excellent, top rated company! 5 stars all the way...
