Having buyered remorse before I even got the bathroom done. The sales representative never gave us any example, and didn't tell us what the name of the materials they're using. I was dumb and naive and signed with them, everything was done over the computer. I keep calling to find out the name of the material. They are putting up on the walls. All they can do is give me the name of the style I picked out. They do not return your phone call in a timely fashion. I was pressure into signing the contract that day. Didn't Give me time to go look at other contractors. That's my fault for not opening my mouth and standing my ground. The lifetime warranty , I thought I was getting , it doesn't even exist. It only covers if they put it up wrong or that the material was defective. At this point I can't cancel the contract because I will lose my down deposit plus they will charge me extra for the restocking charge for the materials they already ordered, but they can't tell me the name of that material. Do yourself a favor research and reach out to other contractors. reach out to mad city, bath, kitchen and windows at least they have examples and can show you what the materials are. I Hope when I get my new bath to shower conversion , that it is put in and done right. I will put another review on here after my bathroom is done. 5/18/26. They came and did my bathtub to shower conversation on the 5/15/26. It came out great. They did a wonderful job. I still say it is over priced.

Mason, Aaron and their crew were amazing. They communicated effectively throughout the entire process. Roofing is not my thing but with their help I was able to understand exactly what was being done and why. Project was done within three weeks of our first conversation. The tear off roof was conpleted in one day. Clean up was excellent!

We had a great experience! Nate was very professional. We had a step in shower installed with a seat, handles, glass doors, and fixtures see. He explained everything. My house was immaculate when he was done. Thank you!

So happy with the job Five Star Home Improvements did with my exterior siding. The installed James Hardie plank and the result is stunning!

We just finished up a new steel roofing project. Five Star did an excellent job. Aaron, our project manager, kept things moving smoothly and more importantly, was receptive to any input or concerns we had, was willing to adjust on the fly, and was on site or only a text message away to offer his expertise. Aaron, is a real pro, and just a really good dude, it was a pleasure working with him! Highly recommend this team if you need a roof.
