I had just had Bathfitters of Rochester do 2 of my bathrooms. It started with their Salesman Marty coming to my house, explaining everything. Has very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable.Marty met me over at the showroom, answered a few more questions, I signed the contract. Was able to pick a convienant time for installation which wasn't weeks/months off. Installation day came and Ryan and Matt showed up promptly at 8am. They both were very nice, very polite and very efficient! Ryan and Matt answered my questions and we're cleaned up and leaving by 4:15pm and I had 2 new beautiful bathrooms! Thank you Ryan and Matt!

Wonderful experience with Bath Fitter of Rochester shower remodel! Sales person, Kyle Federico, was on time, helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. - We had al lot of questions! Matt Gordon and Vadim Dropka were on time for installation. They worked very hard all day to complete it in 10 hours! They resolved many issues with the demo do to poor construction of our old tile shower. They cleaned up all the mess. They left me with my clear instructions on care and warranty information of our new shower. They were even very careful with my very old house cat in terms of making sure she was safe and in the house! Shower is beautiful and exactly what we wanted! Love it! Highly recommend them and feel very fortunate that they were our sales and installation team!.

The tub-to-shower conversion was an incredible experience. From the beginning, everything went smoothly. Kyle provided an excellent presentation of the product and the installation process. We were easily convinced to accept the offer. David, the installer, arrived promptly and demonstrated his professionalism, skills, and competence. He completed the installation in one day, even ahead of schedule. All we had to do was call Bath Fitter, relax, and enjoy the beautiful transformation.

Our new Bath Fitter shower is amazing. It looks fabulous and was quick and easy to get. Kyle, who helped us order the shower,knew exactly what we needed and helped us pick just the right design. Ryan, who installed the shower was professional and meticulous. It was done in less than a day. Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing tub to shower conversion from Bath Fitter this week. The one piece wall, lifetime warranty, and the fact that they could complete the job in one day is what sold us. Derek and Jordan were our installers and I was very comfortable having them in the house. Derek offered some adjustments based on measurements that made the job look neater than what was planned. I trusted his experience and he was great showing me how it would look before they did it. Derek and Jordan worked great together and both seemed to really enjoy their jobs. This was nice to see after dealing with quite a few contractors in the last 2 years.
