From our first introduction, Paul was an excellent representative of the Bath Fitter product. He explained all of the options clearly & provided us with visuals & video. Our installer Chris was also superb!! He was personable, efficient, and demonstrated skilled craftsmanship! Chris kept us posted of his progress, answered our questions, & included us in the positioning of the grab bars. My 96 year old father was most impressed with Chris' finish work & how the walk-in shower looks like it was always there!! My dad & our family greatly appreciate how much easier & safer showering will be with the old tub gone & now only a slight step up, an attached shower chair, a hand held shower, & multiple grab bars. We are so grateful & highly recommend Bath Fitter!!

We had Jesus and Kyrief install a BathFitters shower unit to replace the leaky one we had. They arrived exactly at the time they said they would be here, covered everything to protect our home from dust, worked very, very hard throughout the day, and the end product was a beautiful new shower enclosure! We couldn’t be happier with the shower, and with Jesus and his partner Kyrief. They are both such nice guys, and so careful and courteous. We appreciate them. The local BathFitters was also awesome and we so appreciate Holly in the office for her support. We highly recommend BathFitters and our two installers. R&L

I recently used Bath Fitter for an $11,000 tub-to-shower conversion, and while the final issues were eventually addressed, the overall experience was frustrating. The initial installation had several problems. The glass doors/enclosure were installed at an angle, the header was mismeasured and had to be replaced, debris was left in the drain, and the drain cover was not centered. There was also damage to my newly painted bathroom ceiling and door. At one point, the proposed solution for the mismeasured/poorly fitting header was to simply caulk it, which I did not feel was acceptable given the price point of the project. To Bath Fitter’s credit, they did come back and address the issues. However, it took four separate appointments to get everything corrected, and I had to take time off work each time to be available. For a premium-priced installation, I expected better quality control, cleaner workmanship, and a smoother resolution process. Overall, I appreciate that the company ultimately made efforts to fix the problems, but the number of installation issues and repeat visits made the experience much more stressful and inconvenient than it should have been. If I had to do it all over again, I would not use them and would have just reglazed the old tub because there is no way its worth the 11k.

I had a great experience with bathfitter recently. I have several rental units and over the yrs i have dealt with alot of remodel work. Bathfitter made everything easy and communicated everything well. Im happy with the results and the price. The warranty is the best part for me. I will definitely use bathfitter again.

Bathfitter of Windsor CT is outstanding. From the original meeting, ordering, and quote, to the installation and attention to detail, I am so very happy with my new tub to shower conversion. The way the measurements were done were exact. And the bottom pan, the ceiling cover, and the seamless walls fit perfectly. They even installed a light for me. Their selection of colors, finishes, and fixtures would please anyone. If you are looking for a one day install, this is the place for you. A special shout out to Tony, my sales rep, for answering all my questions and texts. He is to be commended!
