We liked that this company was selling through Costco, it gave us a bit more security about the outcome (they don't get paid from Costco until we sign off). Our salesman Danny was wonderful and he was so helpful about helping with what I thought I would like in the shower remodel. He was honest and relaxed, not rushed at all. I am so happy with my picks. Anthony and Kevin worked hard each day (took 2 days) to remove the old tile, tub and all and to be sure to cover areas for protection. They were friendly but definitely determined to get the job done quickly but making sure everything I wanted was in the correct placement. The "product specialist" (coordinator) Karla was the only downfall of the company. She needs to learn to return phone calls in a timely manner (I had to call back after days or weeks because she wasn't calling) and to have more empathy for customers who are paying out large sums of money for their remodels (the reason for the 4 star). All in all it went well and we are happy. (We have a small bathroom so just adding the one picture).

The Renuity Team was professional and highly experienced in the services they provided. We were extremely satisfied with our shower installation and they worked closely with us to incorporate keeping the existing windows.

My experience with Renuity was absolutely perfect. I'm so glad I chose them. First, the salesman that I talked to was almost impossibly knowledgeable. He had answers to questions I didn't even know to ask. I fell in love with the stone product they use for the shower walls. It's beautiful! The crew who did the labor, Allen and Kaleb, were clearly experienced and made up one of the most competent, knowledgeable, and honestly nice people I've ever had in the house. They got the job done, and beautifully so, in only two days but after the first day of watching the job I had no doubt the work would be perfect - and so it is. I wish every job I've had done on and around my home had a professional crew and salespeople exactly like Renuity sent!

Reunity - Portland is a great company for the removal and installation of a new shower. We really wanted to choose attractive, durable materials from a company that had the proper product line and skills to carry out the project. They delivered all through the project. A great team. We are thrilled the new shower.

I couldn’t be happier with my shower installation! The team was professional, efficient, and their attention to detail truly shows in the exceptional quality of their work. They arrived on time, worked neatly, and made the whole process stress-free. What stood out most to me was how kind and considerate they were with my dogs — taking extra care to make sure they felt safe and comfortable during the project. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way. Highly recommend this wonderful team!
