My finished Guest Bath Renovation is above and beyond my expectation! Darrell and Alex never wasted a minute removing sliding glass doors over clostrophobic space with metal hazardous entry and exit from a shower or bath. I was provided an overall safe and comfortable finished bathtub/shower that will last many years. Wes, my sales rep promised I’d be happy with offerings by Kohler/Renuity which included my chosen White LuxStone walls and accessories in Bushed Nickel. I did not feel the need to shop for other bids once Wes carefully explained detailed examples of what would be included on my work order. I was given exceptional workmanship and treated like family from start to finish.

I had Renuity install a walking shower at my house. I had a very good experience with the service. They enlarged the area without compromising the quality and appearance. I find myself visiting the walking shower numerous times a day just to admire the installation and test the functionality It’s like a work of art. Our remodeling of our shower/bathtub to a walk in shower and closet was a wonderful experience from the first sells person to the last worker that left our house. They were very polite, friendly and respectful to our family. Steve promptly took care of us when we decided to add on to the project at the last minute! So to him we owe a special thanks!

Introduction was very thorough and all questions were answered. A tech came and checked the existing tub surround for potential asbestos, which was impressive. Installation took less time than I thought and the installers did a great job cleaning up.
