Although the walk-in shower is beautiful and works well, parts of my adjoining tiled baseboards were damaged, then later replaced with tiles that don't match well, but are acceptable. Beto and Adrian did a great job, except for damage to the adjoining baseboard tiles. I appreciated Beto's determination to leave a good-looking and well-functioning shower upon completion of the job. Alan initially evaluated my baseboard tile situation, then Sergio and Esteban installed the replacement tiles. All three did a fine job. Overall, I must compliment Zac, my project manager, with whom I had many discussions. Zac was always easy to deal with, providing numerous updates, and it was always a pleasure to talk with him. He's excellent at his job.

Our remodeling of our shower/bathtub to a walk in shower and closet was a wonderful experience from the first sells person to the last worker that left our house. They were very polite, friendly and respectful to our family. Steve promptly took care of us when we decided to add on to the project at the last minute! So to him we owe a special thanks!

Blake and Sebastian, the installers of my new shower remodel, were friendly, hardworking, and listened to my concerns also. I'm very pleased to have used this company! I feel valued as a customer!

We engaged Pacific Bath by Kohler to do a tub to shower conversion. From the start with the visit by the sales rep, to the finish of installation, there were no surprises. The products we selected were in stock so we got lucky with the installation getting scheduled less than 10 days from committing to the project. The two man team sent got the job done in a single visit! They (Darrel & Anthony) were courteous and professional; Darrel laid out the plan for us in the morning, then demonstrated the operation of the showerhead at the conclusion of the project. They did a great job of cleanup at the end of the day too. Pacific Bath had three different financing options; we took the 12 months same as cash no interest no payments. Got nearly immediate (like 10 minutes) credit approval while the sales rep was still at the house.
