Extremely professional from beginning to end. The JBR reps Deontae J. and Ethan F. were very courteous and respectful. They ensured the area was nice and clean after the install. They answered all of our questions. Great job!! We are so happy with our new shower remodel.

My son started a bathroom remodel a few months ago and it is ongoing. But I scheduled mine through Costco with Jacuzzi Bathroom Remodel of Arizona. They were profession, timely and communicative. Smith and Tom are an asset as installers not only for their skills but their personal attention to my needs as an elderly person was very much appreciated. They got the entire job done in one day and the city inspector also. They respected my home and my time. I would highly recommend this company because they hire exceptional human beings like Tom and Smith. They are proud of their work and it shows. Their personalities were such that they look like they actually enjoy what they do and it shows in the final product. My sons job. I can’t even imagine. Jacuzzi Bathroom Remodel of Arizona is a well managed company who hires professionals like Smith and Tom. This is the second time I tried to file this review on my phone because the first one wouldn’t go through BUT the job was so well organized and professional I kept trying so here it is.

We had a great experience with Jacuzzi. We linked up with them through Costco, and it was nothing but pleasant from the initial consultation through the installation. Isaac and Isaiah were our installers and they were terrific. They worked non stop from the time they arrived, they were accommodating with our needs at the house, and left the area spotless. I would strongly recommend the company, and specifically Isaac and Isaiah for installation.

Joseph T and Cody G were awesome. They introduced themselves and conducted their work in a very professional manner. Our install required some unexpected adaption and they created an option that looked intentional and worked within our original expectations. They communicated along the way & completed the job on time. Outstanding team!
