We have lived in this house in Sedona, AZ for over 16 years and couldn't wait to get rid of our nasty tub/shower with glass doors! It was a hard water stained mess that looked horrible and was embarrassing. We just had a brand new walk-in shower installed by Home Concepts Custom Remodeling and couldn't be happier!!! It's gorgeous!!!! Our sales rep, Scott, was so easy to work with, and installation took place a little over 2 weeks later. We received a confirmation call from the company letting us know that the materials were ordered, and they arrived even earlier than expected. We didn't have to call anyone to find out what was going on. They were on it!! Our construction worker, Dale, was friendly and right on time. He called us when he was on his way, covered everything with tarps and plastic to keep the dust at bay, even in the adjoining bedroom, down the hallway to the door, and down the steps to the driveway. He let us know that we didn't have any mold or leaks, and everything looked good under the old tile and tub. It took only 2 days!!! And he worked by himself!!!! If we have any problems in the future, we can call Home Concepts, and I have no doubt they will be just as helpful and professional as they were this time. Thank you for making this so easy for us. We had a little sticker shock at first, and we did take a day to mull it over. We decided to go for it because it really needed to be done, and we aren't getting any younger (late 60s at this point.) It was a lot of money for us, but we decided it was worth it. And we plan on staying in this house forever. We now can safely walk into the shower that has a bench seat, handrail, shelf, adjustable height shower head/handheld sprayer, and a curved shower curtain bar - no more glass doors that require squeegees (thank goodness) and great airflow. Their products feature Microban, an antibacterial protection that we considered another plus. All in all, a great experience, and we are very happy with our new walk-in shower!

We had a great experience from start to finish. Ben Rickes was our initial consultant and worked with us to make sure what we wanted in the install. Pedro was our installer, and I can't say enough about this young man. He was so knowledgeable from start to finish. He covered anything that could get dust on it, and cleaned up during and after the install. He was very meticulous about his work, and it showed when it was finished. We have a beautiful shower. I highly recommend Home Concepts for your new shower install.

Brandon did a wonderful job of replacing our old fiberglass tub/shower with a new walk-in shower in our tiny bathroom. And it was done in less time than expected! We are very happy with his work, and would happily use his services again! Austen and Sam were really helpful on choosing materials and at a price we could afford. Would definitely recommend Home Concepts!

We recently used Home Concepts to replace our shower in our home. We were very happy with the entire process, beginning with Candice, our design consultant and ending with the installation by Joe. Everything was very professionally done on time. We were also pleased with how clean everything was upon completion.

Ben R. came to give me a consultation he was very professional & friendly got me the best deal & exactly what i wanted, Jason & Uriel came & installed my new shower they did an awesome job everything is perfect, went over everything with me & a great job with the clean up. I'm so glad i decided on having Home Concepts do my shower install everything & everyone was wonderful & i enjoy my new shower every day!
