I absolutely recommend Bath Fitter for a no fuss, no mess bathtub or shower installation! From the beginning with my sales consultant Sara, to the installation with Michael ,they were professional, knowledgeable, and capable. They created the bathroom I'd imagined. I will recommend Bath Fitter of Pensacola to anyone wanting to redo their bathroom. A lot of contractors and companies make promises they fail to keep, but after the way they handled my installation, I truly believe Bath Fitter will keep theirs. I had Bath Fitter remodel a shower in one of my bathrooms in Virginia 15 years ago. Still looks new and no mold. So, I needed 2 done on my rental condo near Destin and found the BF Pensacola branch by Google search. They did two in two days and financed through Wells Fargo at 0% (depends on your credit). Kenneth and David did an extraordinary job and were great to work with. See the photos. Highly recommended!

Shane and Cody were both exceptional to work with. Shane was very thorough during our appointment and explaining, reviewing and laying out the expectations of the end result of the service we were looking for and Bath Fitter could be providing if we chose their company. Cody was very experienced with his installation technique and what impressed me the most was how careful he was with our home. He was very cautious to not bump a wall when removing the tub and bringing in the wall unit and the height of it to not scrape the popcorn ceiling. He covered up the vanities and layed a protective pad on our floor. Can I just say, from the begining, Sarah the young lady that came to our home to she was so sweet and kind, to the very end of remodel with Kenneth, who took our questions and concerns and did the most amazing job. This was the most pleasant and nicest process.Thank you so much. I highly recommend them! Five stars hands down!

Kenneth and Cody were excellent! They were prompt courteous polite and knowledgeable. Their attention to details is amazing We had a small set back the first day which was not on there part but a wiring issue. They were back on Friday to complete the job and it is beautiful. They were here 12 hours. They both complimented each other in their work ethics. Thank you bathfitter for my new walk in shower and a big heartfelt thank you to Kenneth and Cody.
