Our installer, Doug, was terrific! Arrived at 7:30am. He was finished at 1:30pm. There was NO debris left from ripping out our old tub/shower comb and he installed an ADA compliant shower stall. It is perfect for us (60 yrs old) and our 90 year old father. Doug was very personable and friendly. He knew what he was doing. We appreciated him approaching Dad first to get Dad's approval on the project. Working with Jason, the sales rep, to design was painless and very informational. We appreciated being kept in the loop every step of the project - from start to finish. Thank you!!! Jeannie, Millie, & Dad

Thank you to Ryan & Ryan for delivering outstanding work on our new bathtub 🛀 The guys were prompt, professional, friendly & great to work with. I was a bit skeptical upon reading reviews, but you all exceeded our expectations. I would recommend you to anybody! Again a big thank you to Ryan & Ryan!

The installers were very polite and precise. More than professional. In and out in 5 hours as predicted. 100% all business. Your company is lucky to have David D and Paul F . True craftsman. A real pleasure having them work in my home. I'll be sure to promote Bath Fitter to all.

My wife and I would like to thank both Patrick and Ben for their work. A few weeks back PATRICK came over to seal up around a few areas that we needed. We had the installation done almost 25 years ago over our shower. They were a few places where the Sealant was cracking. We called them up and they sent out PATRICK. He sealed and caulked around all the different areas. He took a picture of an area where there was like a stress fracture . 15 minutes after he left Bathfitter called and said they did not like how it looked. They said they were gonna send someone out and replace out the whole unit. Today Ben came and replaced out the whole unit, sealed up all the areas, caulked all around the bathroom. It looks very nice. Never have I thought that a lifetime warranty really meant lifetime warranty. But I can honestly say that bath fitter lived up to their word and provided excellent service. Thank you, PATRICK and Diana Brown
