After some research from friends who have used Bathfitters, I decided to use them. Not inexpensive but I feel a good value for your money. And it really did only take about 7 hours. With only one installer! We had a great installer named Moses. Super knowledgeable guy and he did a fantastic job. Personable as well. I like the fact that if you experience any issues, the job comes with a lifetime warranty which is transferable. I trusted these guys and they backed it up with quality work.

My Wife and I were looking for a quality bathroom shower tile removal or repair while keeping our existing tub which was still in fine shape. We wanted the work to be done quickly with minimum demo & repaired/replaced with quality product thats durable as well. This is where bath fitter's comes in. We scheduled a sales visit with Brian who was very personable patient and who listened to our wants and needs. He then in turn found a remodeling situation that would work for our specific situation at a reasonable price which was still custom made to fit our bathroom. Next was Marvin and his assistant who came to do the install. Talk about thorough and detail oriented. Marvin must be a perfectionist as he went above and beyond any expectations we had to really do such immaculate and simply stunning work. Our tiles walls are now so clean bright and appealing lighting up our entire bathroom making the room feel larger and more inviting. I watched him step by step as he was like a surgeon meticulous in his craft and later I joked he was like Michaelangelo and this was his systine chapel (my bathroom) lol! Long story short they did a great job and we are extremely satisfied at the moment and now will just see the durability of the products installed as time goes Forward. Marvin was a great representative for bath fitter's as he was warm, professional, engaging, informative and great at all aspects of his job. Such a pleasure to receive great customer service from a company in 2026!!! Give that man a raise!! 5 Star rating in thanks to Brian in Sales and then Marvin in install rocking it out of the park with back to back great service.

I waited almost 10 years to redo my tub/shower. I really like the tile work I had from the previous owner, subway tile mounted vertically with little multicolor grey accent tiles for borders. But the tiles weren't installed properly. They were too close together and didn't have enough room for the grout. What grout was there kept chipping, flaking and falling out. So that meant that I had to put a plastic shower curtain up on not only the outside of the tub but also against the wall on the inside. And being there's a window inside the tub area that meant that the shower curtains kept sticking to me every time I tried to take a shower. I never use the tub so it was worthless to me. I finally decided to break down and start getting pricing for a shower replacement and get rid of the tub. Myself correctly attentive listen to my concerns and answered my questions. I didn't feel like I was talked down to because I'm a single woman. Every other place I looked at was using three panels of fiberglass. This was the only one that had a solid surround of one piece of acrylic. And the shower pan itself is so much sturdier than the surrounds and shower pans from other places that I visited. I step onto this shower pan and it does not move. Installation was quick, done in 2 days time and the technician was pleasant friendly answered my questions when I ask them ask me questions when he had them. I am so glad I went with Bath Fitter and not one of their competitors.

The product from bath fitters is really good. They changed the whole look of my old bathroom. It has also increased the value of my house. Everyone is in love with that and very happy that it was put in. The installers did a great job taking their time and making sure everything fit perfectly. Just be aware that it may take two days and the sales people will always try to upsell you on extra features that may not be necessary.

This is my third time using Bathfitter to renovate old bathtubs. . They did a great job and the tubs look and work like new. They are a very reliable company and I highly recommend them.
