Everyone did an excellent job in preparing for the sale of the shower. The person was very informative and sold the product well. The installers did an excellent job in making sure everything was installed. The placed covers on the carpeting and protected everything in the bathroom. They did an excellent job on the install as well as cleaning everything up. I would recommend this company to anyone.

From start to finish a truly great experience! Madison on the front sales end was friendly, and personable, not pushy at all, she seemed genuinely excited for us and explained everything clearly. This wasn’t an ordinary shower replacement. It was a complete demo of shower and jacuzzi style tub , and relocation of shower to that tub area. Our demo/install crew led by Cameron Martin and Juan his assistant were fantastic. They came earlier in the project at my request to demo so I could get some electric and other plumbing run prior to the actual install. Cameron was professional, and knowledgeable. He was a highly skilled craftsman and it certainly showed in the final result. Both were hardworking throughout the 2 day install. Juan kept the work areas clean and organized and we all had friendly chatter throughout the build. Cameron kept us informed as the job progressed and talked us through as needed providing feedback and expert opinions when we were posed with decisions to be made. To the managers at Jacuzzi, it was Cameron and Juan that made this experience top notch!

Michael and Tommy was the best Representative s that you could have sent to take exceptional professionalism in doing this job tearing out and bath tube removal and stall a new walk-in shower unit ! Don and Elaine Smith ! Thank you JBR these two gentlemen deserve a house plus raise , they’re the greatest guys !

Cameron and crew was excellent! They were polite, friendly and professional as well as engaging. Cameron explained the process, the time frame and they got to work. We had a tub to shower conversion done. The new shower is beautiful!! Thank you 😊
