We changed an old cast iron tub to a walk in shower. This entire process was a great experience. From our salesman John, to the team involved in the installation Tom H, Matt C, Juan H and Anthony were wonderful. John was honest, sincere, knew all of the products and was able to answer all of our questions and concerns. Tom and the entire crew were respectful and knew exactly what needed to be done. It was fun to listen to them working together and enjoying each other’s company. If we needed another beautiful shower, I’d go right back to Jacuzzi.

I had an outstanding experience with Jacuzzi, and I especially want to recognize Tom H., Matt C., and Luke T. for the incredible job they did installing our new soaker tub. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. They explained each step of the installation process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood what was being done. Their attention to detail and willingness to keep me informed made the entire experience stress free. What impressed me most was how well they worked together as a team. They communicated effectively, stayed organized, and approached every part of the project with a positive attitude. It was obvious they genuinely care about providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service. I truly enjoyed meeting all three of them, and they made the entire Jacuzzi experience a pleasure from start to finish. The new soaker tub looks fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Tom H and Matt C were out to install a walk-in shower at our home. The quality of their workmanship rises above and beyond any prior expectations we may have had. We are beyond satisfied with the project. The craftsmanship of their trade shows in the final project. Huge shoutout to Tom H. and Matt C. for the seamless Jacuzzi installation today. They were professional, careful not to scuff any walls or floors, and finished the job at a very reasonable price point. The shower looks amazing. Great experience from start to finish!
