Great experience! Job completely done in less than 6 hours from start to finish. Josh and Austin were super friendly and professional- kept me updated on the timeline throughout the install process. And it looks great! Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their bath.

Bath Fitter did such a wonderful job on our new shower. We couldn’t have been more pleased. From dealing with Ken, having him come to the house and listen to what we wanted, and then put together a plan, with a very good price. To having them work with my schedule, getting it installed a couple weeks later. Our installer, Austin, was fantastic. He did such a great job getting the old stuff out, rebuilding the new one, and installing the brand new shower. Looks amazing, and on time. Thank you very much. We have already recommended your company to others.

It went from a bathtub to shower in one day, a nice small step into the shower now.The whole process from consultation to installation was as flawless as anyone could expect. On the day of installation which was less than three weeks, two nice gentleman, Austin and Peter did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. Thank You Bathfitters!

Bath Fitter Livonia did a great job with my tub-shower conversion six years ago. Recently I realize that I needed to have an additional 2-shelf unit added to the left corner so I could reach my soap when sitting on my shower chair. When it was first installed, I was younger and had good balance, but now that I am older, I need to sit and be able to reach my soap at a lower level. Josh was my installer and he was on time, had good attention to detail, worked quickly and was cheerful and professional. This retired science teacher gives Josh and A+ for an excellent installation and service! Thanks, Livonia Bath Fitter for sending such a great worker!

This is the second time I have used Bath Fitters so that should tell you something about the craftsmanship performed. All the guys were great, but Josh the lead guy was awesome.
