Great experience! Job completely done in less than 6 hours from start to finish. Josh and Austin were super friendly and professional- kept me updated on the timeline throughout the install process. And it looks great! Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their bath.

It went from a bathtub to shower in one day, a nice small step into the shower now.The whole process from consultation to installation was as flawless as anyone could expect. On the day of installation which was less than three weeks, two nice gentleman, Austin and Peter did a fantastic job and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. Thank You Bathfitters!

The absolute best upgrade for any bathroom. My wife and I did this for our last home. So calling on Bath Fitter again was a no brainer. From the start Ken, the sales person was both knowledgeable and helpful with finding the best solution for our bathroom. Austin, our installation technician, was incredible. Though the entire process was finished in a day, Austin kept double checking any potential issue. Friendly, professional, and clean... Austin left my house cleaner than it was when he got here.

This is the second time I have used Bath Fitters so that should tell you something about the craftsmanship performed. All the guys were great, but Josh the lead guy was awesome. Great work, informative, trustworthy and personable. I would highly recommend Bath Fitters to anyone looking for a bathroom redo. I am a satisfied customer to say the least, and highly recommend. Just had my new Bath Fitter Tub / Shower installed by Austin. He did a great job! The new unit looks fantastic. Austin did a complete tear out of the old tub / shower and installed the new in one day. He cleaned after and provided information on usage and cleaning of my news shower. Highly recommended!
