From the very first consultation, the team was professional, kind, and truly understanding of our limited budget. They walked us through realistic options without pressure and helped us feel confident in the decision. On installation day, they removed the damaged drywall and completed the entire install in just one day. The process was seamless and honestly enjoyable to watch. We love the new fixtures, shelving, and the overall look. The beautiful glass door is not pictured, but it absolutely completes the space. We cannot believe we did not have to remodel the entire bathroom to get results like this. The finished shower looks better than we ever imagined, and the quality is excellent. The installation team members were friendly and professional. They consulted with us when necessary. They cleaned the area when they were done. The whole experience was wonderful! I appreciated that Chris, our salesman, addressed my concerns about shower storage. The shelves are large enough and work perfectly! I highly recommend Bath Fitter for their professionalism and quick installation.

It was a great experience from start to finish. Starting with John Miller coming out to talk about what we wanted and spending time with us with no rush or pressure. Very likable guy ! The installers Caleb and Joe were on time and worked all day to get things done great guys!!!! They made sure the measurements were right for my husband as he is very tall. Now he can take a shower with confidence of not slipping or falling. He has a place to sit that is sturdy and comfortable. Thank you for making both our lives more manageable and safe !

Last week Bath Fitter expanded and remodeled the shower in our 54 year old home. We previously used Bath Fitter in July to remodel our guest bathroom and cover our existing tub. We requested Joe once again to do our primary bathroom remodel because of his previous excellent work. Working with Bath Fitter is a pleasure and by far the best company we have ever dealt with. Phone calls are returned promptly. Schedules are communicated and workers arrive on time. John, Joe, Josh, Jaetric and everyone who we had contact with were professional and do their jobs well. We are very happy with the work they did on both our bathrooms and highly recommend Bath Fitter.
