The salesperson was very informative and clearly went over options and pricing. The install started out well, a supervisor and helper. As the first day progressed there was an increase of workers which was a little unsettling. Day 2 brought a crew of 6 workers for a 6’x4’ shower install. Hard to understand how this many workers were needed to complete a job that was well on track already. How that many workers fit in a rather small bathroom is beyond me. Eventually the supervisor and his helper left and 4 workers were left to complete the installation. They were all in our small bathroom for hours talking and laughing seeming to waste time and burn up hours on a Friday. After a close inspection the following morning there were 2 spots that the caulk had separated. An appointment for correction was easy to setup and I await their arrival. Update - caulk was removed and the area was perfectly re-caulked. Very fast response and quality workmanship. We love our new shower.

We are very satisfied with our walk in shower. It's both practical and beautiful ! I can't believe the transformation, and it only took 2 days. It's a bit costly, but it's so worth it. We don't have to climb over the tub anymore. Safety is just as important as comfort & beauty. Thank you Renuity and to our sales person, he was awesome !

​Five-star experience from start to finish! My new Kohler bath/shower combo looks incredible and the craftsmanship is evident in every detail. The installers were fantastic—efficient, clean, and professional. If you want a beautiful bathroom and a stress-free installation, this is the way to go.

If you’re looking for an all-in-one new shower install, from design to demo to installation, Renuity is your place! Their product is fabulous, and each person on their team from sales people to project manager to installer was professional, kind, and thorough. We are so happy with our new shower! Highly recommend.

Jasmin who was our design consultant was wonderful. She went over everything we needed to know as far as what went best for our bathroom size and as well as cost effectiveness for us. As for our installer Eric and David were awesome. They were professional, easy to talk to, very efficient. They made us aware of any issues or changes they may have needed to do. They were quick but thorough. Were absolutely love the team were worked with and are happy with our results!!!
