Our experience with Bath Fitter was amazing right from the start! David, our salesman, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The entire process—from the initial consultation to the installation—was smooth and stress-free. Our installers, Warren and Ricky, were on time, paid attention to every detail, and left everything spotless when they finished. The quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations, and our new bathtub looks fantastic! We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking for a beautiful, hassle-free bathtub remodel!

What can I say? These guys were fantastic. Someone came out and showed me options. Gave suggestions. I decided to take the tub out to have a walk in shower only. They delivered when they said they would. The installers, Alvero, Evan and Vincente were friendly and professional. They kept me informed each step of the way. Unbelievable how well they cleaned up their mess. I would have never known they were here. The only problem I had was that the sales person did not put one item on the order that was included. So the installers did not bring it with and I had to wait one extra day for that. They came early the next morning and rectified that. This Bath Fitter was recommended to me by one of my friends. I had questions as we went along. Jamie and Gabby in the office were so helpful. They didn’t make me feel like I was a bother when I called. All necessary paperwork was quickly done by them. I did go with the marbleized wall and the white base. I do feel that the base of the shower is somewhat slippery. I put nonskid applicants on the floor. Now I’m good. Now, when I look at the shower area, it looks sleek and clean. Very nice.

Ricky and Peter who did the rough in plumbing, Ray who did the plumbing and Julian D. who installed our shower liner walls and shower head & hardware were all very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. They worked with us on accommodating the time to start and completion of the work to ensure my daughter was able to be driven to the train station in the morning. I would also like to commend the excellent customer service from David Moenter our sales representative and Gaby the administrative assistant who worked closely with me by calling and emailing me on Village permits and inspection times. Gaby did an outstanding job coordinating the days the bathroom liner installation work would begin.

After checking out a few places to install a new shower we ended up going with bath fitters. I’m so glad we did. Not only is it beautiful but the people who worked on it were awesome. All three were very nice, professional and they just did such a great job. Darren, Jess, and Cam thank you so much for your wonderful work.

I don’t know why but my tub had a ring in it that wouldn’t come out. I wash it after each (daily) bath but no luck. Vicente showed up with a Magic Sponge and some Bath Fitters cleaner and it looks like new. Guess I didn’t have right items. Not to mention how personable, professional and kind he was while in my our home. He’s pretty awesome.
