John Cummings, our sales rep, made it happen and made it easy. The crew came early and did not take a break or leave until the job was done, and it was done beautifully. I've never seen a crew work so hard. They were also very careful in the house, and when they left it looked like no one had been there--cleaning up everything. The shower is beautiful and safe!

Everything John Cummings promised was delivered today. One day installation to convert a shower/tub to a shower with safety rails and soap holder. Workmanship was extremely professional. We love the results!

We needed to have our bathtub changed to a walk in shower for my mother’s safety. Andre and Rob came to our home to give us a quote and go over everything. They were very polite and knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions. The price was more than what we thought it should be but for the safety of my Mother we decided to move ahead with the project. We had two installers come the day of the appointment and they were very professional and had the job completed in under 6 hours. They made sure to go over how to use everything before they left. Also Andre made a point to come over a week later to see how we like the install which was very nice.

An amazing shower installation from start to finish! Market representative John Cummings was informative, well educated, non pressuring. He delivered process accurately and confidently. Our installer, Sinval worked nonstop, professional at all times, completing job as promised. His care and attention to customers needs were commendable.
