Very impressed with Bath Fitter. The entire process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Our installer, Patrick, was so nice, professional and extremely efficient. He did an amazing top-notch job.

Bath Fitter along with our technician Carlos did an exceptional job. We are 100 percent satisfied with everything and everyone at Bath Fitter. Our meeting with Maddie our sales manager was awesome the experience was hassle free and informative. Everything went as planned and it looks great. Carlos who was our technician was on time. so professional and neat.He is such a good guy and with good work ethics. Thank you Carlos Maddie, Henry and Bath Fitter for a job well done. A top-notch experience all the way. Patrick and Mark showed up on time and somehow removed our old cast iron jacuzzi tub and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower in one day. They were pleasant, unobtrusive, professional and efficient. The result is flawless. We'd absolutely recommend them.

My new shower, installed yesterday in one day, is just beautiful. The walls and flooring are great and the shelves, fixtures and safety bars are perfect for what we need. And I love the glass door. The whole design makes the bathroom look larger. The installation was done perfectly. Patrick did a fabulous job. He was prompt, worked hard all day, he finished around 4:45. He asked for input on placement of the shelves and bars. At the end of the day, he demonstrated use of the fixtures and explained about cleaning supplies. The bathroom looked neat and perfectly clean. He did a tremendous job.

I had the pleasure of working with Mario for the initial meeting. The bath looks very nice, but I think it's a bit overpriced, BUT the installer, Tim A, was exceptional. So meticulous and thorough. A real plessure. The plumber, Jeff K, was also extremely professional considering the obstacles with the condo management he had to overcome. I think it's good to get multiple quotes, and Bathfitters may be the best deal, I just think $1500 less would have been more reasonable.
