Our experience with Bath Fitter was great from the start. Mario came to the house and helped build a virtual layout of our new space and gave us a very reasonable quote for the project. Then we had the team of Dustin, Tyler, and Jeff come and do the work. Everybody from Bath Fitter was professional, respectful, courteous, and great to deal with. Since a virtual layout can differ from the actual physical project they did ask about the shelving and accessories before securing them. We did change locations on some from the virtual build and I was very grateful for that final check. They also did a great job setting up, and cleaning up after the project was done. I would highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone looking to do an upgrade or remodel.

We had a really informative and helpful sales call with Mario. All our questions answered and so with confidence we decided to move ahead with Bath Fitter in both of our baths. Looking forward to our next exceptional review in early November when the job is complete.

Bath Fitter along with our technician Carlos did an exceptional job. We are 100 percent satisfied with everything and everyone at Bath Fitter. Our meeting with Maddie our sales manager was awesome the experience was hassle free and informative. Everything went as planned and it looks great. Carlos who was our technician was on time. so professional and neat.He is such a good guy and with good work ethics. Thank you Carlos Maddie, Henry and Bath Fitter for a job well done. I'm so happy!!!

My new shower, installed yesterday in one day, is just beautiful. The walls and flooring are great and the shelves, fixtures and safety bars are perfect for what we need. And I love the glass door. The whole design makes the bathroom look larger. The installation was done perfectly. Patrick did a fabulous job. He was prompt, worked hard all day, he finished around 4:45. He asked for input on placement of the shelves and bars. At the end of the day, he demonstrated use of the fixtures and explained about cleaning supplies. The bathroom looked neat and perfectly clean. He did a tremendous job.

I needed to update a bathroom in our house that was my about 50 years old. This is the second time that I’ve used Bathfitter, and I was completely satisfied both times. This particular bathtub had a tricky wall at the end of it, and Patrick did an amazing job!! It looks perfect! Patrick and Mark did a really nice job, all in one day!
